This place is an absolute dump! The bathroom was disgusting, mold on the ceiling,toilet seat only had one bolt holding it on floor tiles loose ceiling fan didn’t work paint peeling on ceiling paint peeling off door

Don’t stay here! We chose this hotel out of desperation as a family of 5 w 3 kids. We got there late and the front desk attendant, when she finally emerged from wherever she was hiding, acted like we were a nuisance. Then we got to the room to pull out the couch bed for our 6 year old to find a disgusting stained yellow mattress. Since there was no couch bed bedding in the room, my husband had to go down and ask for some and was told to look harder in the room. There was no bedding there! He went down again and was given just sheets, no mattress cover and no blanket. The third time he went down he was given a gross 20 year old comforter and told “we don’t have mattress covers.” We were supposed to stay for two nights—I swallowed the cost of the second night and paid hundreds of dollars to stay in another hotel the second night. The worst mistake of our vacation was booking a night here—I will NEVER stay at this brand again after this terrible experience! Save your money and choose better!!

We arrived to a fast, friendly checkin. When we opened the door to our room it was cool and smelled and looked freshly sanitized and clean. Our bed was clean and soft. Free breakfast. Great value for a nice stay. We travel all over the world and this was a good stay. Would definitely reserve here again.

Room was dirty. I had to vacuum and clean it myself. Even though it was a pet room, IT SHOULD STILL BE A CLEAN ROOM!! Never staying in a La Quinta again. The Missoula La Quinta wasn’t clean either. Bad chain.

Upon check in I was in line behind one person. The check in sounded normal with things like breakfast time, WiFi password, etc. Though the customer seemed irritated because she kept saying she filled all of the information on line and was told “Yes, but we need a paper copy.” When it was my turn, she told me to wait a minute, went in back and out popped a new person (I later saw the first person leaving for the day). When I went to fill out the paperwork she grabbed my paper and slid me off to the side and started tending to the person behind me. I stood in line for 10 minutes and felt I should have gotten personal attention. After completing the paper work I had to stand and wait again while she was preparing the paper work for the other person now at the counter beside me. Finally, she took my paperwork and shoved a key envelope at me, then turned and called the next person in line. I did not get told pool hours, breakfast hours, and never received a WiFi password. I tried to obtain the information and she told me I would have to wait. I gave up and went to my room. The room itself was average, the bathroom was a nightmare. The grout in the shower was dirty, the toilet handle was worn from use (I have never seen that one before), and the tub drain was flaking off. Then I noticed something inexcusable, a shower curtain so torn around EVERY ring it was falling off. Really??? They couldn’t replace a shower curtain at $192 per night???? Breakfast was a new nightmare. The sausage was so over microwaved it was hard. My husband whacked his on the edge of the table and it didn’t even bend. The powdered eggs tasted horrible, how you mess up powdered eggs is beyond me. The coffee tasted like instant, and when I tried to fix it with a splash of milk the milk curdled. When we encountered staff in the hall or elevator and said hi to them, there was no response, not even a universal language smile. Never EVER will I stay here again.

Terrible. Breakfast was a joke. The room did not have soap or shampoo. No pillowcases and had to ask. Hot water ran out quickly. Beds hard and itchy. Not worth the money at all.

I thought everyone in the world knew that hotel room numbers were to be discreetly written on the envelope and given to the customer. I thought it was awful when the front desk staff (who had a voice that carried, bless her heart) said the room number of the man in front of me. Imagine my horror as a single female when she announced my room number to the entire lobby as well. I *should*have insisted on another room and that she only write the number instead of broadcasting it, but no one from the lobby followed me to the elevator. The room itself was stuffy and 79 degrees when I entered it and hadn't cooled off much in the hours before I went to dinner. Paint was scratched off the bathroom door in a giant swath, there was random hardware on the wall, and the TV was about 32 inches.

This place is a joke. To start with the lady at front desk was rude and took her bad day out on us. We booked this room with our points, so the first question to us was “what card are you using for this”, we said we are using points and with that she shock her head. Then she proceeded to put us on the second floor, when we asked is that a pet free room, which was clearly asked when making our reservation she said “ no but we try to keep the pets on level one or two….. so why put us on level two when we clearly asked for a pet free room??. So up we go to our room and take one look at our bed and think, what a joke. Housekeeping Need to learn to make a bed. The bed had a plastic mattress protector on it and it was all bunched up in a big lump in the middle of the bed, then we noticed the sheets and pillow cases were inside out, and the sheets were all untucked so we basically had to remake the bed before getting g in to it. The plastic shower screen was filthy with stains all over it. We make do and get into bed and was then bitten by either fleas or bed bugs but what a terrible night it was. Never again

The only nice thing about this place was a comfortable bed. The hot tub wasn't working last time I was here four and a half months ago and it wasn't working this time. I went down for breakfast at 8:45 and there was no sausage and one very dried up what looked like a cheese omelet. The reg coffee was empty. When I asked when there would be more sausage and eggs I was told they wouldn't be putting anymore out because there was ONLY AN HOUR LEFT! Are you kidding me? That should be stocked until 10:00 like it says on the website. This place is a joke! I paid good money to stay here and I will never do it again. Whoever bought this place is letting it go to s*%#! Managment is not doing there job. That is really sad for Dickinson! Step it up people. Hire a breakfast person!!
