The reception staff is excellent. Furniture and decor nice. Cleanliness in rooms and hallways need a lot of work. It has the potential to increase their star rating with frequent inspections.

We weren’t given rooms we reserved bed clothes were dirty trash everywhere and they tried to charge my card before I got there when I selected to pay upon arrival our bathroom was dirty and our car got ran over in parking lot by drunk while we were tryin to sleep

Room was shabby, chairs were threadbare and grimy looking, table had big damage gash on it. Towels were threadbare and needed replacement. Breakfast was inadequate and minimal with no orange juice, and only bread, cereal and a few dry mini muffins. Waffle machine not working properly and couldn’t eat waffles made in it (they were uncooked inside). The hotel appears uncared for and staff not helpful or friendly. They all appeared downright unhappy to be working there. I will never stay here again. The only positive was that the mattress was comfortable, but this did not make up for all the other negatives.

Bathroom had hairs in the tub, sheet had what looked like an ink stain/smear, entire hotel smelled weird like a mix of pot and must. Breakfast appeared to have nothing but toast and a waffle maker when we walked by.

We booked this hotel on a cross country trek and stayed one night. We had stayed at this property a year ago and it was clean and met our needs. This time around no so much. We booked at King room and the bed was maybe a full size. The other issue was the linens had stains that appeared to be burn marks and the bathroom towels were stained (They did smell like that had been cleaned but needed to be thrown out.) The unit appears to be run down and needs to be renovated again.

As a professional travelers for the last 15 years, I must say that this hotel has the cleanest rooms and best management that I have encountered and I have been coming here every week for the last year for a reason… top notch service. I work nights and check in in the morning after work and they will find me a room where someone has checked out and clean it quickly to make it available. That is unbeatable service!

Loved the plank flooring in the room instead of carpet. The couch in the room either needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. It was very nasty. Bed was ok, just too soft for me. Lot of slamming doors at 2am and room across the hall allowed their 2 young children to run yelling and screaming up and down the hallway unsupervised at 5am. I know front desk could hear all this as the room was just 4 doors down the hall from the desk. I agree with another reviewer that there isn't much area to walk your dog and there were bags of garbage all over the ground right outside the back door.

The room was clean and pet friendly. There is an elevator which helps. I prefer the first floor but second floor worked out ok. We left to early for breakfast. Even though this is a pet friendly hotel there is not much area for them to walk and do their business. 15$ plus tax should get you a decent place to walk the dog.

Try harder. Too much out of order, and need to invest in linens and groups maintaining. Everything missed the mark. People were nice and the place looked OK, but pool was out of order, breakfast was minimal, linens were worn and stained, internet patchy, litter strewn everywhere outside. Coffee was delicious though.
