Torn between a 3.5 and 4. Starting with the positives: - Amazing facilities, clear rooms, clean pools, immaculate grounds and entertainment options - Daily cleaning of room service was efficient and very good - The on site mini amusement park and evening entertainment was a hit for everyone in our party, especially our 4 year old. Kids will never get bored here - Availability of drinks/bars throughout the propery - Shout out to Hulya from customer service team as she was an absolute gem Unfortunately, moving to the negatives: - The biggest issue with this hotel is absolute lack of training for their employees. Service is so slow, its sometimes funny. We went several breakfasts without any drinks. Why have QR menus, but then introduce people to take manual orders which may or may not be put through? Many employees don't speak any English (as in, giving me Sprite when asking for a lemonade). People also agree with you or say yes when they don't understand what you mean which means you are not going to get anything you have asked for - Food. Abundant, yes. Tasty - not really. Overcooked meat, not making proper pizzas or pastas in the Italian a la care (but all equipment and materials are there). Again, it comes down to not investing in training their employees. - The hotel allows people reserving pool chairs at 6.am. If you wake up at 10 and want to grab a lounge, good luck. Over the weekend, influx of local people makes it 100 times worse. We had to sit on the grass one afternoon after paying 500 euors a night for a room.
