Anda Barut Collection – Ultra All Inclusive

Newly opened problem, some problems with service but everyone try to make their best. I think next year it will be better.

As most people have said previously this new Hotel is excellent. From the minute you walk into reception you are in a five star environment. Every single one of the staff are smiling and wanting to help or just saying hello. I had recently had surgery on my ankle and have to wear an air boot for a few weeks and the staff couldn't do enough for me. The postings previously have explained what to expect at the hotel so i won't bore you by repeating the things that have been written previously. Would I return there...in a heartbeat....God willing we will be back next year to be spoilt again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Resturants reservation: I am currently staying at Anda Barut and the reason for 3 stars atm is because trying to book any a la carte resturants is impossible. We tried at 9.06 am the previous day and ALL resturants were booked up then today at 9am on the dot and again ALL resturants we booked up which is absolutely ridiculous!! Sun loungers: Also another pain point is the sun loungers, guests wake up at god knows what time and leave their towels on beds for the whole day!! You'll walk around and see loads of beds with towels and nobody on them (I'll try and take a picture today if I can). 2 staff members (wish I got their name) helped us by bringing over spare loungers. Pools: The pools are like ice plunge pools, I thought they were going to be heated, you'll find guests using the spa indoor pool as slightly warmer than others, there is another pool outside which many guests use also as it is slightly warm also. I know the hotel is fairly new but this is not an excuse, I stayed at Finest (dominican republic) when it was fairly new and they done a great job, customer service was second to none. Hopefully I can have this hotel more stars by the end of trip, this is day 3 here for 7 days.

What can I say the hotel is amazing it really is a 5 star resort. It literally has everything you could need from amazing king size bedrooms to private 3 bedroom villas, spa facilities, 7 swimming pools,6 à la carte restaurants (Indian/Asian, Turkish, Italian, seafood, plus à la carte menus in the Mansion All Day Adult Bistro, Beach Lunch, Hungry Gorilla Takeaway & Snacks and the Turunc All Day Bistro) International buffet, air conditioning throughout. Everything we tried was lovely especially the Turkish restaurant and chocolate and cakes shop. The service is fantastic around the hotel and everyone can’t do enough for you from the reception, guest services, WhatsApp assistants and bar staff. Qr codes round the pool and all bars with menus and order what you want when you want. Btw the staff are on rollerblades too. Kids review The staff are great they come round on rollerblades by the pool and you can have any drink you like from milkshake, fruit juice, coke, Fanta, sprite, kids cocktails, a Home lemonade. We even got upgrade to a swim up room from family room 🥰 Water park and fair The water park and fair is fun for both adults and kids. They have a children water park area and fair rides including bumper cars, caterpillars train small rollercoaster, merry go round, tea cups in the sky. I would not hesitate to visit again. This place has everything for a perfect family holiday :)

The hotels facilities are fantastic & my 3 yr olld grandauggter loved the fair in the evenings. The variety of food is amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and Makbule & Nurcihal kept our room very clean and were very considerate when we were late getting up. 3 of the pools were heated and the spa was so relaxing

This is a brand new hotel running in its first season. We’ve been lucky enough to have stayed at some amazing hotels / resorts and this hotel is up there with them all - if not the most luxurious. We’ve been blown away by it all - the design of the hotel, the interiors, the small touches and the incredible team who work here. I’ve seen so many reviews saying “wow” and definitely agree. There are so many different sections and areas to suit everyone across the resort so you can choose what you prefer. Lots of activities and we loved the themed parties. Food and drinks have been amazing - loved all of the a la carte restaurants at lunch and dinner. It’s great having the QR codes so you can order a drink at your sun lounger. Waterpark, funfair and games room were all brilliant too. Although my daughter was too old for the kids club I heard it was fantastic. It’s all subjective but if the only problems the hotel have had are some of the things I’ve read here (as we didn’t experience them) then the whole Anda Barut team should be very proud of themselves for achieving what they have in this first year. We are leaving feeling very grateful - thank you Anda Barut Collection. If I could give you 6 stars I would!

1-hotel is spotless and brand new. 2-rooms are spacious and pristine 3-mini bar stocked daily with drinks and snacks 4-lunch time al a carte options with no need to book 5 Botha from guest relations helped with al a carte evening bookings 6 water park and pool Activities are great 7 patisserie cakes and chocolate to die for 8 cocktails ar adult section better than family or community due to one bar man who made his special Cocktail each day thank you I can’t remember his name I seriously can’t fault this hotel and you’ve converted me from 18 years of Hilton dalaman Thank you we will rerun next year Just one small thing pools were freezing please heat them up for the younger kids as they were shivering

We are 4 days into our week stay here at Anda Barut and WOW , we have not one bad word to say. We have found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, the food has been delicious, the facilities amazing too. We travelled as a family two adults and two children age 8&10yrs and they have loved all the hotel has to offer. My youngest has joined in to the activities at the kids club,The staff in here as fabulous- friendly and fun. Another great touch is the fun fair at night and the water slides attached to the hotel. We would certainly visit again we have loved every minute so far. Thank you Anda & all of your fabulous staff

Pools are freezing cold despite advertised heated from October 15th. Guest relations are doing nothing about this. Expected entertainment has been cancelled including the boho party and festival. It it impossible to get an Al a carte reservation despite being advertised as unlimited a la cartes. The staff around the hotel work really hard and are friendly. Absolutely shocking what we have paid to not have what we booked. It seems the Barut chain are cost cutting and its customers feeling the brunt of it.
