Absolutely beautiful hotel, each room in the hotel has different stone look calved pictures which are gorgeous and unique, reception staff are really friendly and welcoming even took our suitcase to one side for us to save us pulling it around as we arrived. The chefs are lovely friendly people and make beautiful food with a variety of choice every night, me and my partner have definitely gained some weight going back for more of the food. Although it is all inclusive to grab your own drinks etc staff always ask you if you’d like them to grab a drink for you and are very well mannered. When it’s really hot outside they do have the doors closed and a member of staff waiting at the door for anyone who may wish to leave or enter so there is ( Not ) flies or bugs entering the restaurant and each item of food presented has its own tongue, labeled and presented with such care. They have a bbq section outside the restaurant and the meat is absolutely gorgeous absolutely everything is dealt with care and passion, the snack bar is open hours after dinner and before tea serving food like beef,chicken and vegetable burgers with chips, pizza, garlic bread, pasta, salads etc and the drinks bar outside next to the pool has exceptional cocktails. The lager is lovely and cold, perfect for the heat outside and you have access to tea and coffee at all times which is brilliant and I love how often you see them clean the coffee machines too. Cleaners do a wonderful job, leave fresh water bottles for you to put in your fridge, fresh bedding, towels and toilet roll every day, sweep floors and wipe surfaces. Staff member named Charlie advised everyone on their first day that he is always there to help with anything and informs everyone of all the boat trips visiting local islands, buggy and quad hire etc, really well mannered and really helpful. Hotel Photographer took mine and my partners photos which we did end up buying because they’re were brilliant, one of the best photographers we’ve ever had take our photos they’re so clear and so focused definitely having them framed. Security always around which is great really friendly but always watching cameras and who’s entering the hotel which is what we need our safety and wellbeing is definitely put first. Entertainment staff Rico and Dodo wonderful people they are perfect at their job always including as many people as possible for darts or water polo etc they know how to have a laugh and make so much effort for each and every single person, really hoping they still work there when we go back again later this year they deserve a medal, really really friendly lovely people.

Been many hotels is Didim, I wouldn’t class this hotel the best however best on cost of the holiday, very satisfying especially Sezgin from guests relations is the guy who can solve your issues professionally, we visited for our anniversary and very enjoyed we will definitely visit again

Rooms are nice but slightly outdated, Hotel and rooms are immaculately clean. Food options are limited however outdoor bbq is good. I feel there needs to be some sort of order for food times as everyone seems to swarm in at the same time and is a struggle to get food. I feel it would benefit from a certain amount of people only being allowed in during these times especially during busy periods The staff are absolutely brilliant from hotel staff to the photographer and animation team. Any issues we encountered were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Lovely hotel and very lovely people.

I have given this review 5 stars however it was not a 5 star stay! Will start with Charlie, the hotels tour guide and fantastic help was brilliant! Had our first day meeting with him and done 3 excursions through him, great price & great guy! More importantly he ensured we were able to enjoy our final day we paid for on our holiday! We paid for 7 days & 7 nights all inclusive at this hotel, however our first day we arrived at 330am in the morning, so upon checkout in our final day at 12pm, not being picked up for the airport, until 8pm we were told they had to cut off our wristbands and we could not use the hotels facilities! The young manager on shift was incredibly rude, not understanding & didn’t care about potentially robbing us of 1 of our days we had paid for!Thankfully after speaking to Charlie, he immediately rang and spoke to said young manager, and we were able to enjoy our 7th & final day of our all inclusive holiday we paid for! Please bare this in mind if you stay here and have a late transfer! Thank you Charlie! Entertainment team especially Rico & Dodo were fantastic! So engaging, fun, friendly, provided great entertainment, and Dodo on our last night provided us with one of our funniest moments, which we’ll always remember! Sezgin in guest relations was also fantastic and made us feel very welcome! Bar staff on the pool very good and also very friendly, reception staff unfortunately, probably j see guidance and direction of the very poor hotel management not very good! Had a Turkish bath and massage on first day to get ready for a great week of tanning and it was incredible! So relaxing, comfortable and perfect t! Masseuse was brilliant at her job! Snack bar could be more adventurous as just burgers chips and nuggets in between meals, and food very samey, but great voice none the less. Probably wouldn’t come back, although we did have a great, fun, enjoyable, memorable holiday. Management needs to read this and address its management problems, thankfully for you, your amazing team below you made this a great experience, just!

Beautiful place. Plenty of sun beds and our room was cleaned every day with fresh linen as required. Staff friendly and helpful and always smiling. For those who like Pepsi your dreams have come true. Everything is at hand. Altinkum is minutes away. Very enjoyable rest. Look out for Dodo she’ll plague you to dance. Watch for Rico he’s always smiling x
