Nothing was too much of an ask, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The whole area was kept very clean, staff constantly on the look out for anything that needed cleaning up. Food was incredible, I wish I could take home a chef! The dining room staff were fantastic, always making sure you're happy, offering suggestions and even some recipes. The animation team were excellent - especially David and Arry from greeting the whole hotel in a morning, looking after lone guests, organising activities throughout the day to getting involved in evening entertainment and ensuring everyone was happy. The spa was wonderful, I can't recommend their turkish bath, salt scrub and massage enough! The housekeeping staff were thorough yet quickly in and out so not to disturb you. Even in off peak season this hotel was amazing, I would highly recommend this place to everyone! I have never felt this relaxed and refreshed after a holiday before.

The staff go above & beyond to make your stay special. Nothing is too much for them. The hotel is very comfortable & clean. The food is amazing & never ending. The animation team is very nice and so helpful with different activities especially David and Arry.I would recommend everyone to visit here.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is stunning and very big. The food and drink are very good and abundant (and free!). The hotel is super clean and staff are constantly working to maintain the grounds. . All the staff are amazing, but special shout-out to Ahmet and Elif from the pool-side coffee bar, and Bushra from Guest Services. The private beach is super clean and beautiful. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough . The best part is how understanding and friendly the staff were to my brother who has autism. Thank you, Hotel Prive!

This wasn't the original hotel we booked, it was changed by our travel agent to one of the hotels in the group. We were not disappointed! There was so much to choose from, food was available pretty much 7 am - 1 am, there is something here for everyone, even the most picky eaters or those wanting plain food and everything we ate was delicious. One thing I loved were the branded drinks that were included in the package. The staff around the hotel were fantastic! All very polite, very helpful and gave service with a smile. We did not encounter one miserable member of staff, a rarity in these times. The customer relations team were absolutely amazing! They couldn't do enough for you, especially Nazli and Okay, she helped us to navigate how everything worked in the hotel, gave us information we need to get around, got us booked into one of the a la carte restaurant. Always ready to assist with her lovely smile and hello, checking how you were doing and how your holiday was going. We were here for a relaxing break, it was perfect for what we wanted. They had entertainment every night, at kid's club, spa,.sauna and gym, pretty much anything you could require. Apart from spa treatments, everything was part of the all inclusive package, this includes a mini bar that was stocked once a day (If you required more refills than this, it was at an extra cost). There are so many areas around the resort with plenty of sun loungers, seating areas and bars. There's even a private beach attached to the hotel. We had an amazing time and were very happy to have been here.

This hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff was amazing We would also like to thank our colleagues working in guest relations.and they had amenities for everyone from young to old! The food was great and the drinks were superb! Seriously thank you to all that we meet and to everyone else looking to go you won't regret it!

The good: 1) Food was great - lots of variety, with grilled meats and salads being the highlights 2) Entertainment was OK - the music event and the acrobats were highlights, but some events were cancelled with no notice (quiz). It's a shame that the events are so noisy & so affect all hotel residents, whether they want it or not. 3) Security responded quickly to a drunken argument/fight next door. The bad: 1) Noise - very loud bassy music from the entertainment until 11:00 every night, then loud slamming doors as people return, so there's no real option for a quiet night. 2) The AC was completely non-functional. I am quite sure the ACs are centrally managed and effectively disabled - you can set it to 16 deg but it doesn't fire up at all. We had to leave the balcony door wide open, which allows in the noise from the late night revellers. I did raise this to reception but nothing changed. 3) Both A La Carte restaurants were closed during our stay, supposedly because of the weather, although it was 15 deg in the evening, with many people dining outside at the buffet restaurant and entertainment continuing. 4) Outdoor pool bitterly cold - it looks great, but is unheated, so there were very few people brave enough to dip (in mid/end April).

A really friendly, tidy and well kept hotel that we had a great week at. We were lucky with the weather being so awesome at a time where it could go either way. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculate. Food was excellent and varied at dinner time. The pool was freezing which is more down to the time of year! However we all had a go on the slides and once you were dunked a few times the water wasn’t so bad. Would highly recommend. There was one woman in the dining room who was great - had amazing eyeliner flicks but we didn’t catch her name! Really helpful and pleasant. It was a very much needed relaxing holiday.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of April. We booked it with family friends. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.. There was kids club with time table of entertainment. None of the entertainment was happening only kids disco at night. Shockingly there was entertainment staff in the kids club but they were just sitting in front of the club and when we complained that our kids are bored they just sent the kids in to the “cinema” to watch movies. They blamed everything on “ there is not enough kids” but you never see them coming and invite other kids to do some activities. Some families were not even aware that it is open. Also entertainment for adults was poor too. 5 mins dancing around the pool in the morning and at night a 30 minutes live band. When we had bad weather outside everyone in the hotel was bored.. maybe because it’s just the beginning of the season ?! Food is tasteless almost every day the same kind of food in the main restaurant. The only place I enjoyed my meal was outside in the snack bar. Waitress never asked us if we would like any drink but they asked the local guest?!🤔 I had to change room since I booked a sea view and I got a land view room with no hot water. When I complained about this the reception staff was trying to make me feel like they are doing me a favour, when I paid extra to have sea view room. All in all the management should care about complaints more and ensure the guests feel good in their hotel but it wasn’t happening here. This was my first ever holiday where I couldn’t wait to get home.

This hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff was amazing and they had amenities for everyone from young to old! The food was great and the drinks were superb! Big up to the animation team for keeping up the fun. A great big thanks to David who recommended us to different events that happened at the hotel. Also a great big thank you to Redwine and Umut who took lovely photos for me and my family. If you want to take precious memories back, they are the ones, great guys always around and happy to help you and take great photos of you!!! Seriously thank you to all that we meet and to everyone else looking to go you won’t regret it! P.S the markets on Saturday was a great experience. Thank you to Charlie for recommending it and sorting out our transport!

Came the hotel solo travel and never felt alone, great staff and entertainment can’t fault if, as far as food and drink go for an all inclusive is second to none especially the lovely smile of arry and David thinks he’s a good shot but however a good laugh, Abdul is a great laugh You won’t go far wrong with this hotel I’d say hotel is second to none place more relaxed than maye mararis however like said hotel is a diamond

Our last day of a week at this hotel AMAZING everything about this hotel is 5* we had a couple of very minor issues resolved by staff immediately. Huge choice of food in the restaurant and all fantastic quality. Plenty of sun beds by pool . Beach bed and umbrellas on beach beside hotel. Amazing animation team thank you David for answering all our questions and organising bar to watch football .best of all visit Nazli on gust relations anything needed at anytime so so helpful

We loved the entertainment. So friendly and lots of fun! Made it a great holiday. Aria and Anastasia were so helpful. We had a great time at a music quiz the first night of our holiday, the second day was full of games at the pool. The second night we had a musical night. So much entertainment, made the holiday

We came for a week and the hotel is gorgeous! The food is really good and there is always something for everyone. The animation team is brilliant! Entertainment all day and for all ages, the make it really enjoyable, especially Anastasia and Aria😊

I was pleased with everything during my stay at the hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel, Mrs. Büsra welcomed me very nicely and helped me in every way, thank you again. The fact that the indoor pool was heated was very nice, the variety of food made me very happy, the staff's interest and attention was very good, in terms of hygiene, it was very clean, the food was clean, the pool was clean, they work meticulously, I was very pleased with the patisserie, there were many cake and dessert options, the evening entertainment was very diverse, entertaining, the beach was very nice and clean, I definitely recommend it !!!
