Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Where can I start, the hotel is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. We stayed in a lake room. The view wasn’t the best and people walking past on a night would make a lot of noise which was annoying. - the food was nice - The animation team are amazing. -the waiters and kitchen staff are amazing and work really hard. -the beds are really hard and not comfortable but the pillows are comfortable. - the cleaners do not clean properly ! I have a dust allergy and I was coughing every night and needing my antihistamines everytime I would come back to the room. We had an ashtray that hadn’t been emptied once, they didn’t clean anything properly just made the beds and moved a few things around. - some of the reception team are friendly but most of them look like they don’t want to be there and are not helpful if you have a query. - guest relations team also just sit there staring at you blankly when you go to them with a query and make you feel like your bothering them if you try ask for assistance. The attitude is awful. They are more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. We booked excursions from Charlie in the lobby through regal travel had a really good experience and reasonable prices too. There is a cash machine right at the entrance of the hotel barriers if you need to exchange money. Overall the hotel grounds are stunning and the staff do work hard but the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of guest relations and reception ruined our holiday to be honest.

This holiday was as a surprise birthday treat for my wife and she was unaware of the hotel we were staying in, I opted for the lakeside room with pool view and it did not disappoint. On arrival we were blown away by the shear size of the resort and loved how the kids had the rental battery cars zooming around on what can only be described as a giant race track around the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the choice of food was good and the snack bars had different options between them. The on site clothes shop was well priced as it pretty much matched the prices of same items as found in the town without the 2way taxi costs.. the entertainment team were all brilliant and big shout out to Ragnar and Roda who really went above and beyond in making my wife and I laugh through our stay. Overall the complex was well kept, it was clean and tidy and the number and size of pools were fantastic although a tad cold which just added to the entertainment watching people dip their toes in or jump in and gasp. The spa was nice experiencing a Turkish bath for the first time, we opted for a massage to which the girls found issues. We were promised if we take a further 4massages in consecutive days all would be good…. Sadly we both still have our issues and we are the best part of £600 down, research suggests leaving 48hrs between massages but the owner just wanted to rinse us for the money in a short space of time, the only bad part of our entire stay. Overall both my wife and I really enjoyed our time at this resort and I am planning on returning next year with my 2sons just without the massages

We were here from the 26th of September to 10th of October 2024. The cultural experience at Aquasis left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. From delicious dining options to cosy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. I'd like to thank Meryem Özcan, who I consider to be family. She blessed me with so much love and wine on this holiday and made it so joyous. For restaurant staff who served at the A'la Carte Restaurants, Lalezar Restaurant ( turkish Cuisine), Picante Restoran (Mexican Cuisine) and my favourite Fangri Restaurant (seafood) thank you, thank you and thank you Behçet for helping making this an exceptional experience.  You all made this one of the most memorable holidays. Hotel is absolutely lovely and the staff are really good and freindly. The hotel is spotless and clean. There is food for everyone and a large choice. This was our third year here and booked again for next year. The entertainment was good and every night.

Our sixth stay in this beautiful hotel. Would we return? Definitely so, roll on 2025! My husband and I met up with friends we had met last year and had an amazing two weeks. No trouble getting sun loungers, plenty of empty beds around the main pool even at 10.00am, never feels crowded. Room service daily however, this year we didn't get fancy swans etc made on the bed, not a problem but always a nice surprise on returning to your room. We found the pool bar entertainment a little poor this year, the same band was on four/five nights of out 14 night stay, the same band that has been there for the last two/three years, only a bug bear for other guests as we don't go for the entertainment. Two visits to the Asian a la carte, definitely our best ever and will defo go there again. Italian a la carte is good at dinner time 12-5 and don't have to use one of your choices. The beach bar more variety of food at lunch than the pool bar, but I love the jacket potatoes at the pool bar, they also do fruit, waffles, kfc chicken pieces, pastries with spinach, mince or cheese, burgers, hot dogs etc. How people can say they have nothing to choose or cannot eat anything surprises me but each to their own. We found going a week later this year was better in the main restaurant in the evening, we would normally eat around 8.15 to 8.30pm and sat in the room where it was over 13 years only. We booked the cabanas and had an amazing day being waited on looking out at see, pure peace. We did two quiet boat trips again and had two lovely days at sea visiting four bays where you can jump off and swim in the sea, again will do this next year! A lovely meal out at the Family Bar, a change for us this year but will defo return, amazing food, amazing prices, and the best strawberry daquiri. Big holiday blues on returning home, entertainment staff amazing, love watching and listening to the darts "in the pool" when they missed. If you visit this hotel, you will not be disappointed and I am sure you will be like many guests who return year after year. Take a visit and make your own memories and views, don't listen to the negatives, it is hard to please everyone. Photos to follow

The hotel is a very nice hotel, both its social area and its staff. I liked it very much. I especially liked the services of Mr. Celalettin Şahin in the restaurant section. I recommend it to everyone. I especially liked the heated aquapark pools. A palace in Didim
