Aquasis de Luxe Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was very good and a lot of variation. The whole staff try’s to make your stay as good as possible. The animation was also very good, during the day there are a lot of games you can play with all the people and the animation. The shows in the evening are also very nice! For me a perfect holiday! :)

Our sixth stay in this beautiful hotel. Would we return? Definitely so, roll on 2025! My husband and I met up with friends we had met last year and had an amazing two weeks. No trouble getting sun loungers, plenty of empty beds around the main pool even at 10.00am, never feels crowded. Room service daily however, this year we didn't get fancy swans etc made on the bed, not a problem but always a nice surprise on returning to your room. We found the pool bar entertainment a little poor this year, the same band was on four/five nights of out 14 night stay, the same band that has been there for the last two/three years, only a bug bear for other guests as we don't go for the entertainment. Two visits to the Asian a la carte, definitely our best ever and will defo go there again. Italian a la carte is good at dinner time 12-5 and don't have to use one of your choices. The beach bar more variety of food at lunch than the pool bar, but I love the jacket potatoes at the pool bar, they also do fruit, waffles, kfc chicken pieces, pastries with spinach, mince or cheese, burgers, hot dogs etc. How people can say they have nothing to choose or cannot eat anything surprises me but each to their own. We found going a week later this year was better in the main restaurant in the evening, we would normally eat around 8.15 to 8.30pm and sat in the room where it was over 13 years only. We booked the cabanas and had an amazing day being waited on looking out at see, pure peace. We did two quiet boat trips again and had two lovely days at sea visiting four bays where you can jump off and swim in the sea, again will do this next year! A lovely meal out at the Family Bar, a change for us this year but will defo return, amazing food, amazing prices, and the best strawberry daquiri. Big holiday blues on returning home, entertainment staff amazing, love watching and listening to the darts "in the pool" when they missed. If you visit this hotel, you will not be disappointed and I am sure you will be like many guests who return year after year. Take a visit and make your own memories and views, don't listen to the negatives, it is hard to please everyone. Photos to follow

Lovely holiday Check in was smooth and quick the staff were brill took our bags up and talked to us about the hotel and what was where Room was lovely spacious only downfall not enough space for 4 people's clothes. The main pool is spacious never felt crowded kids loved the slides, we ended up using the pool by the lake houses as the water was less harsh, the kids said the water in the main pool hurt their eyes as did a few people we spoke with. Also unfortunately the floor was filthy where the sunbeds were around the main pool as it didn't get cleaned(mopped) there was food on the floor which attracted alot of ants cleanliness around the pool areas definitely not upto scratch. Oh and why WHY do people feel the need to reserve sunbeds thought them days were over should not be allowed The barmen were brilliant especially the gentleman at the lakehouse pool bar remembered what drinks we had very friendly and just brilliant all round. The restaurant the amount of food and food choices was the best I have seen. The queues for the grill at the back got abit much at times and felt like feeding time at the zoo. Mustafa one of the waiters in the main restaurant looked after us he always made sure we had drinks and interacted with the kids he is a credit to the hotel. We used the picante a 'la carte it was lovely food again the waiters in there were brilliant Also went to the Asia/sushi restaurant again the gentleman in there (didn't get his name but it was Tue 27th aug 7.15pm) was so helpful talked us through the menu was brilliant with the kids the girls loved being called princess honestly couldn't do enough for us kept the drinks topped up. The evening entertainment was good but abit repetitive if your there for more than a week you will see the same shows usually when I have been away the 2nd week is usually different. The ride on jeeps, segways and bikes are a hit we loved them a good laugh The shops onsite are a brill idea And I love the tattoo shop max is a top bloke came and spoke to us most days. Also the beach is lovely the kids loved the water sports the beach restaurant was good and the chicken wings up by the pool bar were to die for way better than KFC and the jacket potato were bloody good Entertainment team random rando (I think that's his name had a blue plait in his hair) rado crazy one with lots of energy and who we called boss lady (again didn't get name but had her hair in plaits grey I do believe) these 3 were the only ones we spoke with a good laugh and bloody brilliant at what they do Overall staff are very friendly it's a nice hotel and we had a lovely holiday

WOW just come back from a week with 2 adults 4 kids ages 15,13,9 and 7 The best place I’ve ever stayed so much to do the place is busy but doesn’t feel to bad as it’s so big food was excellent so much choice you get a choice of an a la carte per 5 nights you stay, staff are excellent and so quick to pick up empty glasses bring you drinks at meal times would 100 percent recommend Couple of down sides 1 the amphitheater bar is very limited for adult drinks and kids drinks but a short walk to the pool bar isn’t such an issue 2 the kids entertainment starts a little late I recommend anyone going to take either euros or pound sterling it’s preferred over Turkish lira Fantastic holiday had and can’t wait to go back

The hotel is second to none, staff are amazing especially Yunik on customer relations. The entertainment team were so friendly and engaging. Lots to do and see on the resort, no need to leave until home time. Games and activities through the day and shows at night. Private beach. Even when busy lots of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around. Always something nice and varied to eat. Plenty of shopping options

We went with our 7year old son for 1 week (16-23 Aug) Absolutely loved our holiday, staff were friendly from the get go. We asked how to say "thank you" in Turkish, this always helps break the ice and caused a smile during the holiday. We had room 1345 with a sea view over the pool. Room was great, cleaned daily, if mini bar hadn't been done I just asked reception and it was restocked immediately. Yes, you had the 06.30 sunbed brigade and that is always annoying, but we always found 3 loungers easily after 9am. The pool is huge, the huge inflatable croc was great fun and we always had room to splash and play. The beach is gorgeous, we spent 2 days down there. In the KU we bought beach shoes because I'd read reviews saying you needed them. It was uncomfortable without and I didn't fancy any cuts on our feet so we did wear them. We jumped in off the end of the pier and swam with the fish. This is a great place to take your sunset photos too.. The food choice was plentiful and we always found something for out fussy eater! The Al A Carte Mexucan and Italian were lovely, nice to get table service at the Italian at lunchtime, no booking just walked up from the beach. (You have to book for evening meals) Towel exchange was great, just swap your cards and then swap as many times as you want. I love the way that guests checking out left inflatables outside their room for others to have. We also did this along with suncream, beach shoes and anything else we didn't want to take back home. Shops inside were more expensive than Altinkum, but you just gotta either swallow it or don't use them! The jewellery shop was really good tho. We didn't use the kids club, but were told by others it was good. We also didn't book a Cabana but they looked great, just too expensive for us to justify. The Spa had some good deals, but I wanted to spend my time with my family, so didn't use it. A trip into Altinkum is a must! 9.30am one morning we hopped in a taxi (€10) to The Temple of Apollo, amazing place! Then €8 into town, easily found a restaurant for lunch, shopped for absolute bargains in Dolphin Square (haggle!!) Taxi back was €10. They take Euros, Ponds sterling and Turkish Lira, so use what you have, but you do get a slightly better price with Lira. I withdrew Lira from the cash point at the security gate and the charge was minimal. We took insulated drinks cups (another tip I'd seen) and the bar staff filled them up with whatever you wanted and they stayed cold even in the sun at 40⁰c!! Iced coffee was really nice (hubby had baileys in his!) The Patisseria was lovely, all included in AI, a real treat! The only negative I can draw is the entertainment starts very late, kids disco 9-9.30pm at the Amplitheatre and main show 9.45om. But we'll worth staying up for. Finishing 10.30pm Entertainment at the pool bar was about same start time and on until midnight, some fantastic singers! We could hear it from our room, but not so loud that we couldn't n't sleep.
