One of the best guest experience ever had. Top notch services, exceptional guest service level. Recommend to all family travellers. Felt welcome every second in the resort. Well done! On point food quality as well.

Our trip to the Grandvrio was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted with warmth and a welcome drink. The service from every level of staff member was friendly and genuinely kind. We stayed at one of the villas with a private pool, which was amazing to have. We were provided with complimentary snacks every evening, the breakfast options were also great. While the location may be a little far away from the city center, free shuttles were provided to DaNang and Hoi An. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

還暦後に海外旅行にハマり始めている父親と2人での旅行で利用しました！ 全ての従業員さんの笑顔と対応が素晴らしく、日本人の支配人さんの細やかな気配りが素敵で、まだ海外旅行に慣れていない・英語を話さない父親を連れての旅行でも安心感がすごかったです。 また、チェックインする前日から食あたりか何かで私が体調不良になっていたのですが、チェックイン後にもホテルで寝込んでいたところ、日本人の支配人さんがすぐにナースさんを呼んでくださってお薬をいただきました。まさかそんな対応をしていただけるなんて思ってもおらず、驚いたとともに皆様のあたたかさに感動いたしました。その後結構すぐに良くなり、その後の滞在と観光と楽しむことができ、本当に感謝しています。 食事についても朝食ビュッフェのみならず、夜は2日間連続ホテル内の日本料理屋さんでお世話になりました。1日目は体調不良のあとだったので、単品で頼めた茶碗蒸し(唯一食べられそうなもので頼みましたが、とっても美味しくて沁みました。)と、フルーツ盛り合わせをいただきました。2日目はお蕎麦のセットにしましたが、ベトナム旅行6日目で日本の味が恋しくなってるタイミングで、最高に美味しかったです！ 日本と同じような大浴場があるのもとても良かったです。ベトナムはスパが安価なので毎日でも行けるくらいではありましたが、やはりお湯に浸かって温まることができるのは日本人としてはありがたかったです。 お部屋やロビーなどどこも清掃も行き届いており綺麗で、全ての部分で大満足な滞在でしたが、特に親切にしてくださった支配人さんと従業員さんたちのことは、ずっと私たち親子の旅行の記憶の中に残るだろうなあと思っています。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。 (父親が、タバコを買いに地元のショップに行くのに一緒についてきてくれて、お財布を忘れた時に助けてくださった従業員の方にも深く感謝しておりました。)

文句なし！全てよかったです！特に朝ごはん！種類豊富で毎朝お腹いっぱい食べました⭐️ホテル内だけですがシックローも乗れるし、アオザイも無料レンタルしてお外でかけられるのでホテル内でベトナムを感じられると思います⭐️大浴場があるのもよかったです！またダナンに来た際は泊まりたいです！

在峴港呆了4晚，這個酒店成為此次行程最大的亮點和驚喜！日本經理從早晨6點到晚上10點隨時都在大堂裏歡迎顧客，並提供各種幫助！其他員工每個都勤力盡責，熱情友好！酒店裡的食物也非常讓人滿意！除了亞洲餐廳外，還有西餐和日本餐廳！日本餐廳由日本主廚打理，食物質素一流！並且餐食的價格合理！總之我們全家都度過了一個愉快的假期！如果下次再來峴港，我們一定再次光臨！

癒しの旅には最高の場所です。静かでヤシの木いっぱいのビーチ、ホイアンにもシティにも近く無料シャトルバスがあり、疲れて帰ると大きなお風呂に入れます。アオザイの無料レンタルも利用しました。そして何よりもスタッフの人たちのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです！いろんなことにすぐ対応してくれました。 天気の良い時にまた来たいです。

酒店規模不大，位置不在峴港，屬於廣南省。房間陳設一般，如果你對品質有更高的要求，這個酒店你需要認真考慮。服務的確不是一般的好，人人有禮貌，個個都熱情。三種早餐可供選擇，其中日料看着挺有新意，贈送的下午茶值得體驗。酒店以別墅為主，整體感覺尚可，
