High Cost: the value for money was poor. Ideally, the room should be priced closer to ₹600 to reflect the quality.
Unresponsive Room Service: Room service was a major letdown. Requests, specifically for bathroom cleaning, were simply denied.
Dirty Restaurant: The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. Dirty chairs create an unhygienic atmosphere.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made, particularly in regards to room service responsiveness and overall hygiene.

I have booked 1 ac delux room in hotel tulip for 3 night and 4 day through makemytrip. I was quite taken aback when i found the room allotted to me is well below par the facilities which i booked. Afterwards, only after my complaint the hotel authorities changed my room. But that was not also not upto the mark. Many facilities that were to be present as per makemytrip were absent. Every time i had to inform the authorities before getting certain amenity which were very disturbing.

When i ordered tea in 7:00 and he gives in 9:00 pm and all workers are not good only sweeper is good i don't like this hotel bathroom is too o much small

Among the most "ocha" hotel in digha. Do not go by the good location. You can not leave even 1 night. Peel off walls, broken bathroom door, cockroaches everywhere. Service nil. No land phone, no bell, only have to call call in mobile for room service. Had to call 3times for dustbin. Towel received after 3hour. Bed sheet actually not changed. Waiting at reseption more horrible. Not even a fan there. Food not tested but seen no body to have it there. Had to change hotel in 5 hour

First of all the room is very nice, the service is very nice, the view outside from the balcony is very nice and their behavior with travelers is also very very good. This hotel will be my first choice if I ever visit Digha next time and I recommend this hotel to everyone, and I tell everyone to give it a try and hope you will benefit.

Pathetic hotel, hight of mismanagement, initially given a third class room, once complained and to that we will write about this, they change the room no arrangement of hot water in the bathroom, no exhaust fan in bathroomheight is no kitchen setup and it is mentioned, out side food not allowed in the hotel

There is no objection with hotel person they are good and helpfull, they helped me lot ut the amount charged by make my trip is high compare to the room which was given me. Make my team is charged me more.

The photos showing 15 years old, rooms conditions were too bad toilets also! every single furniture was broken ! no separate water heater no sofa. Small room. The locals started laughing listening the hotel s name!
