Timor Plaza Hotel & Apartments

公寓式酒店，已然是東帝汶最好的酒店，可以算得上國內的3點5星級，設施完善，衞生不錯，環境嘛，在帝力已經是最好，畢竟在最大的商場裏，為啥服務4星，其實服務可以全五星，但是付款時的插曲讓我有點意見，見圖！攜程絕大部分酒店比其他平台便宜，這單比booking貴幾十塊，但是考慮的攜程服務很棒，客服響應及時就從攜程定了，哪怕多花幾十塊，但是付款時，前台卻要我付款241.58美金，我出示了訂單，前台又去找了領導才手寫改了個金額，並且付款200現金後也沒找零的意思！也罷，沒多少錢，衹是體驗感就會有點落差！

離商場很近，但是房間有小強🪳

The hotel location was less than 10 minute from airport. The room was spacious, comfort and clean. In Friday evening there was live music at the restaurant. They performed nicely. The breakfast was international standard and the taste was good enough. Overall service was also good. The swimming pool located at the differenet building. It was at CBD 8, around 300 m from the hotel. In Saturday evening there was night market in front of the hotel which sell many food and drinks, and there was live band as well. Many restaurants, bar, shops and others located near the hotel.

The hotel is part of a shopping complex, with many shops, including supermarkets, nearby. Car rentals are close by as well. Inside, the hotel is a very large property and appears to have many rooms. The reception at is quite large, with many tables and a few sofas. The breakfast room is quite large and they were accommodating of gluten free diets. We stayed in a junior suite. This is a large room, with a double bed (a bit on the soft side) and a sofa bed in a separate small living room. The bathroom was a good size too. There must be a water heating tank for each room, so if you like long showers or there are several people taking showers sequentially, you may run out of hot water and need to wait a little for the water to warm up again. Location is great if you’re doing day trips out of Dili or have a car, but far from the centre if you don’t. You would then be dependent on getting a taxi and the blue ones are the ones to go for (but you need to call them, rather than flag them down on the street). Overall it was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. They provide a free transfer to and from the airport. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

This was my first visit to Timor and the hotel was terrific. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was the most efficient that I have ever seen. The outdoor eating area is terrific with a great view over Dili. I would highly recommend for business or fun, and I will stay there again when I return to Dili.

I highly recommend this place. I will stay here again when I visit Timor Leste next time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and spacious - bed was very comfortable. The Panorama Restaurant is perfect venue for meetings.

Location is Good. Staffs was Polite. Front desk Staff's affectively. Room area quite Big. Only Shower provided Hot water! (no good) Wall's power socket is International standard. Hotel lifts need to change. WIFI is goods. Only money changing for Australia dollars, must also do it for Major currency.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Timor Plaza hotel. It is a very comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant serves tasty food, and the breakfast buffet is all that you could ask for - as well as beautiful views across the bay

This is the best place to stay in Dili! I have stayed here twice now and look forward to staying again on my next visit to Dili. The rooms are always very clean and spacious. The service is exceptional, all of the employees are very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious and has an amazing view of the sea and mountains from the 5th floor! The menu is extensive and has many options to choose from, but there are also great daily specials. Every meal has generous portion sizes so you won't be hungry! Complimentary buffet breakfast is included with the room and includes a large assortment of food options. The complimentary airport shuttle is always timely and very convenient with great air conditioning to keep you cool.
