The hotel is close to the Temple, separated by a free parking area. The amenities are basic, but clean. The airconditioner works. If the maintainance is on then the noise can put you off, as the rooms are not soundproof. Could not figure out how the geyser works, but the hot weather precluded its necessity. The front desk is helpful, arranged a cab for us when cab bazar cancelled my hire to Ooty at the last hour quoting non availability. The hotel has a shack cafe, clean with frugal vegetarian meal, breakfast which we did not have and coffee. The colourful shoping row is just a kilometer walk.

Property near to temple and helpful staff. Only issue faced is regarding hot water. Only available in morning.

i wouldn’t recommend this place as basic facilities like hot water wasn’t available. we had to ask for soap, and other basic stuff provided by all the hotels.
also, we recommend you to describe the room as ac and nonac instead of room with fan. because fan is a basic unit in any room. we thought we have booked an ac room and it wasn’t. they said an additional ₹500 would be the cost for an ac room
also the bathroom wasnt clean, the hand shower for the toilet was very dirty. didn’t feel like using it.
horrible experience, never had this kind of experience with booking.

The rooms were considerably small despite my description that there were 4 adults and 2 children. And they charged additional 500 for a bed. The flush in the toilet was not functioning and we had to drain down remains using bucketful of water and still being unsuccessful. The only saving point is it's proximity to free parking, tonsure area and the winch section. Restaurants are far from this. Hotel too

we had booked 5 rooms, all rooms were clean neat and well maintained, toilet also in good condition. Good well mannered staff at front desk & room service. Walkable distance to the temple, rooms are bit small but comfortable for 2 pax

Location, room, reception, parking etc was good. The room and toilet found clean and hygienic. Overall the hotel is recommended to all. Only food to be taken from outside and there is lot of good hotels are available within 2 km

Everything was nice. Very easy to reach the staffs are very support. Very easy to identify the hotel. Parking facilities were good. Very neat and clean atmosphere. No food is available. Restaurant was there but closed.
