Traditional ground floor cottage in an area of 7000 m2 in the trees and on the sea!
It consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with dining table and full equipment, security door, large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, hall with wardrobe-wardrobe, ironing board and iron, 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe.
There is an armchair that becomes a very comfortable single bed.
The cottage house is located on a seaside estate (on the beach) in the green and the dense and well-kept vegetation.
In the same estate there is also a villa that shares the same entrance to the estate with the cottage house as well as the same passage to the beach.
In the wonderful surrounding area there is a built-in gazebo with cupboards, a kitchen sink, a kitchen counter, a built-in table and seats, and right next to it a built-in grill.
