Service was average. Even after reminding for non working of remote of ac, they were not attended.

Hot water was not available, pool was unusable due to chemical but alternate pool in a nearby resort was arranged

I recently stayed at Kohinoor Hotel in Diu and found the experience to be a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The property itself has a decent ambiance, and the exterior gives off a good impression. The rooms were spacious but could have been cleaner and better maintained. Some furnishings appeared dated, and there was a noticeable delay in room service. The amenities, like the pool, were functional but could use better upkeep. The staff were polite but seemed understaffed during peak hours, which affected the promptness of service. The food in the restaurant was average—neither exceptional nor disappointing. However, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. Overall, Kohinoor Hotel is suitable for a short stay, but there’s definite room for improvement in cleanliness, service, and attention to detail. House keeping not at all good, room are not neat and clean. Restaurant was good, staff was cooperative overall : stay was not good, washroom not hygiene.

It was very good experience in hotel kohinoor. All service was provided on time with quality. Swimming pool quality also good and enough spacious. Food was awesome, price is also ok with quantity. Location is best at middle of nagwa bich and fort road.

Worst service. Don't even provide basic day to day necessary things. Even charge extra money for drinking water. Though rooms interior is nicee

No room was cleaned no wifi was running and no air conditioner was working called make my trip take 2 hours to change the room spoiled the trip please guy z check room before doing entry

Rooms were not that good, lock handles of some rooms were not working properly, the balcony door did not have lock on it
