I have book 1 room for 2 adult andb1 child age of. 5️⃣ year but hotel charge extra 1250+ gst this totally bad experience...why I pay extra charge

Naam bade darshan khote. They are charging lot of money but facilities against charges are totally zero. Every time we have to call 5 to 6 time for any services. TV not properly working. Dustbin paddle was not working we called 10 times but I was not changed till our check out. AC remote was not working and temperature was 16 and this issue resolved on at night after numbers of calling. They are not providing cold water if we want, we have to pay for it. After paying lots of room change we need to buy cold water really very bad experience. Breakfast - very limited menu again breakfast charge, no any live menu and no any non veg items, even no any labelling near food pot. Every time guests open the pot and check, what’s is in the pot. I wasted my money on this trip with very bad and painful experience.

nice property..The room was clean and bright, but room service was not on time,Poor service: Rude staff, unhelpful attitude, slow response to requests,Overpriced compared to quality, poor amenities for the price

The resort location and the ambience was just amazing. The resort campus was huge and very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Great place to spend some family time.
