When you pull up to the property you have a covered parking spot right underneath the condo. If you brought your boat, there are four boat ramps to launch from on the island. You can launch off of Main Street, the public boat ramp at the park, The Marina (temporarily closed due to Hurricane Irma) and the boat ramp at Egret Landing. The boat ramp at Egret Landing is a tidal ramp so depending on the tide you may or may not get your boat in and out. The other boat ramps are not tidal boat ramps. If you haven't experienced a breathtaking sunset, you can walk or ride to The Point at Horseshoe Beach for the most beautiful sunset. If you don't have a boat but are looking to go fishing you can fish from the land or the rocks at The Point. If you need live bait, be sure to visit Renee over at Florida Cracker Shrimp and Bait Co. on Main Street, they have the best bait in town. Please don't miss out on eating at The Shrimp Boat. The property's water source is Florida coastal well water so you may would like to bring your own drinking water. Rocky Creek is a tidal creek and at low tide you have approx. 18" to 24" of water.
