My first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.

What an amazing hotel. We paid a little extra for a junior suite looking over the sea and it was 100% worth it. The Hotel is spotless and the room cleaned daily to a high standard. Mini bar was filled each day with soft drinks. There was lots of staff around. Always busy and helping. The life guards were at the pools and beach even when no one was in them. We had no problem picking a sunbed around the pool and on the beach. The food was all fresh and the salads, bread and puddings were great. The only thing i struggled with a little is the vegetarian options (with meat dishes next to them. )A seperate vegetarian / Vegan section would have been a plus. They do cater for different allergies too. There is a microwave too to warm up your plate if you like your food hot like me. The dining area was spotless with the chef walking around to help. The Al a Carte unfortunately didn’t any choice or menus but we were happy with what we was served. In the Bars daytime are coffee and snacks. The entertainment team were fantastic always time to talk and make sure you were happy. Big Plus. The waiters in the bar were great too. Knew what we wanted before we sat down! We had a slight problem with the TV (not the hotels fault) and the assistant manager, forgive me if I get his name mixed up, Mr Issam?? was so kind and helpful and sorted it for us. Not every hotel offers this service. We saw him running around all day, sorting out his staff and helping guests. Hes not a manager who sits in a back office but one who you would want to run a hotel. Again Mr Issam, Thank you! The front reception staff were always helpful and spoke great English. The outside of the hotel had a small shop inside and one opposite. There wasn't really anywhere to walk to but taxis are so cheap you can visit anywhere on the island. A private half day tour for 2 of us with guide was less than £35! 5* from us we would highly recommend staying here in a sea view suite! For a beach hotel we will be back.

We booked a four night stay in this hotel, for part of our honeymoon. We weren’t disappointed, it was truly magical. Everything, from the room, to the food, to the lobby was absolutely perfect. The staff were all great and we loved the little personal touches the cleaners left in our room and how the waiter remembered us and our drink preferences. We can’t wait to come back and explore more of Djerba, with the Eolia as a perfect base. Thank you!

We visited for a one-week holiday, via the Loveholiday company, using Easyjet. We paid extra for reserved seats in the plane, a 23kg case in the hold, also a sea-view suite in the 5-star hotel. Total price £490 each! A young couple we met cut out all the niceties and paid only £300. Amazing. This hotel was only on the market in 2022, so all looks fresh. The rooms are well furnished and offer a good sea view if you have booked that type. The beds and sort fillows are very comfortable. Our room cleaner, Saida, excelled herself. Each day, when we returned from the beach, the room looked like an immaculate show room. Many thanks!. The breakfast has freshly squeezed orange juice, and good coffee from two machines. The croissants and other pastries are very good. The baguettes were not so good for a few days. for some reason, but then improved. The main restaurant has well-spaced tables and an amazing range of dishes for dinner. Countless salads, meat dishes and local fish (often grilled whole fish). We stayed recently at Les Orangiers Beach in Hammamet, where the food was nowhere near as good as here. There is a heated indoor pool (32C), a large outdoor pool and... the wonderful Mediterranean, translucent as ever. The 23C temperature was a little cold on entry, but wonderful;y smooth for swimming once you were in. The loungers were fine. but there was the usual problem with shade from the sun. The rather small sun-shades threw their shadow some distance from the pole, and it was never possible to get two loungers in the shade. Bring some factor-50. The sand was great and you could spend the day watching splendid camels and horses near the water's edge. Taxis are unbelievably cheap in Tunisia (15-20 minutes ride for £2), so you can visit Houmt Souk for a seafood lunch in one of the many seafood restaurants there, which are also only a fraction of the cost you would pay in Europe. We were lucky to have blue skies and warm sunshine every day, even in late November. A great holiday.

We spent 10 days in November 2024 (off-season so maybe not all comments are relevant) here are the positive and negative comments: Positive: - Friendly staff and always happy to help - Great and beautiful outside pool and beach - A lot of variety of food at the buffet and the chefs will always be there to recommend and help - The bars and drinks are always good and even for an all-inclusive you have great value, however, not a lot of choice (only one beer, one white, rosé, and red wine) - The animation team is great and will take time to speak to you and share moments! Negatives: - We paid an extra to have a sea-view room but it was mostly roof and the pool - The bed was really hard and even after asking the receptionist to change it, it wasn't better. Felt like sleeping on a rock, even if it's good for your back - We had a problem with the toilet flush that kept running, after multiple demands to the reception nothing change, we had to manually turn off the toilet flush. Overall we would recommend the hotel, you will have a great time and it's beautiful. However, don't pay an extra for a better room and don't shy to ask improvements to the reception!

Nice resort grounds and lobby , hotel rooms are nice minus the rust marks in the shower which could easily be fixed. Beds are extremely comfortable! One thing to note about the rooms is they put rugs on the tiled floor but it is a danger for young children as they can easily slip. The rugs need rubber grip under them. Service- not particularly great or anything. If you are British and you don’t know how to speak French then communicating with staff can be a struggle. Upon our entrance I was disappointed with the lack of information provided regarding the all inclusive package and what it includes. They should look into providing an information sheet for this. They didn’t tell us about the snack bar or where it is etc. I feel like I’ve had to figure things out myself. Entertainment and animation- not great and pretty nonexistent tbh- could be due to the time of year. Food- I trusted other reviews that said the food is great but in all honesty it really isn’t. Struggling to find anything tasty to eat during every meal time! Also they don’t really have proper theme nights. I thought the food might be the same as the food in Egypt but it really isn’t. The beach is absolutely lovely, gorgeous soft sand and it is clean. I would’ve come back if the food was good.

I want to talk about my experience here in this fantastic hotel I’m really happy to be here everything is great all the staff fantastic the food the bar the room everything is good .. I the girl who clean our room she is fantastic she put flowers for us she is really good always our room clean and also the entertainment team are well they do good job they respect we r here for relax

Nice all inclusive resort. Rooms are comfortable and big. Food lots of variety and good - remember you are in Djerba. La carte restaurant need to be improved. Entertainment team very friendly and with good activities. Big thanks to Emino, Sparo, Zack, Sawseen and Rio. Entertainment manager not so friendly - what a shame! SPA is great. All managers on the floor always around to support anything you need.

Excellent accommodation and food, excellent service and staff (dedicated and friendly), good swimming pools, bar service on the beach, fun entertainment and very good musical groups in the evenings. At dinner, piano or harp to accompany a very tasty meal of European and Tunisian food. I recommend it and I'm looking forward to seeing more of Tunisia! See you soon, amigos!

Excellent experience with top notch service , incredible food and helpful staff (housekeepers, bartenders , waiters and front desk staff). The gardens are kept perfectly well, the beach is real PARADISE, we had a sea view beachfront room with exquisite decoration, all the amenities you need. We went for 8 days but did not get bored with the food (a lot of variety, different options, different themes every night, fresh fruits & vegetables, fresh fish and seafood). Djerba is a fantastic island with lots of activities (quad , boat) , things to visit (synagogue, houmt souk & guellala). Thanks to all the staff for this memorable experience.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed for four days. The food, rooms, grounds, servi e and beach were amazing. My kids loved it and it helped that the weather was lovely too for November. I know it was out of season, however my only negative was the entertainment wasn't the best and the kids would get bored in the evening.
