Pieds dans l eau!!! Avec 3 piscines dont une couverte et une thermale, personnel charmant et à l écoute… Si vous recherchez une destination très locale sur l île pour des vacances reposantes et agréables sans trop rechercher d animation ou jet set !!! Vous êtes au bon endroit!!! Je recommande. cet hôtel si vous n êtes pas trop regardant sur les détails…simple et agréable chambre d architecture locale ! Excellent compromis!

Bon accueil malgré une arrivée tardive. Personnel d'entretien (femmes de ménage et jardinier) sont très rigoureux. Honnêtement du jamais vu ! Nous avons séjourné au sein de plusieurs établissements en Tunisie, mais la qualité et l'honnêteté du personnel est hors norme. Merci pour vos services.

I would say they are a sinking ship that is service as usual. This place is not great. Unloved. It needs a lot of attention cosmetically. Also a very good clean. Amazing location with beautiful beaches. Walking around the hotel, things were shut down or abandoned areas. Not clear this is more than one hotel. The Tunisian night was horrific. Squeezing everyone around the pool area (accident waiting to happen) people fighting for food, some simply did not eat that night. Not enough seats no service off staff, people trying to steal tables. Staff doing nothing to help anyone. Days later, we found out they opened up that area for all hotels in one place. My first night after travelling since midnight the day before, we was horrendously low on patience and I wanted to leave as that is what I thought each night would be. Meal times improved, but still people push in. I even watched a very disgusting person take the serving spoon from an item of food, eat from it to sample the item and then place it back. How disgusting and selfish are some people. I felt food was deliberately rationed, too much time taking to cook simple items that you gave up ever returning for more. I would go and queue for pizza for a family of 4. They man would only ever let me take 3 pieces. So I gave up queueing for pizza because I got fed up of going back twice for what should be a quick lunch time grab and go. Instead being vegetarian, I would live off rice, carrots and potatoes because even the pasta station was incredibly slow. Not great for vegetarians. Some meat was raw that my family came across too. Cutlery was an absolute joke. Most days I gave up and ate with my hands. When you got it, it looked like it needed to be binned off. All bent up and not appealing to eat from. Place mats are dirty. First holiday I've been on, and lost weight at an all inclusive hotel. Glasses and water was equally a chore. Puddings were ok. Same selections mostly each day. At breakfast the right side near the herbal teas were covered with ants. We had 2 beach fronted rooms. Air con was not working. Asked reception so many times to fix. Nothing. So we contacted the booking agent who contacted the hotel manager. We was summonsed immediately to see the manager, which was embarrassing. Things we put to him for both rooms..... Air con not working Mould on air con vents Horrible smell in the toilet (room aircon is not working) cockroaches continue to appear in that bathroom. Hairdryer burnt up and needs replacing. Could not use as was melted and setting on fire. Toilet roll was rationed we needed more. Bathtowels we're a joke (take your own and beach towels as you have to pay for them with a deposit, some sound like they have bother getting back) between 10am and 4pm the cleaner said we were not allowed to keep our towels. She got cross because I kept a clean one and moved so they could not take. The other room had one between two persons all holiday when they bought them back. Not hygien

Very nice hotel nice staff and animation team . The shows at night are very nice you can have a good laugh sometimes the pool party was very fun .

The hotel is lovely animators are absolutely amazing and constantly active and involved. You will definitely not be bored in this hotel. The animator Luki was our favourite always with the biggest smile. When it comes to the rooms some have very bad air conditioning as the hotel is under renovation and some rooms are old but the staff is very helpful and will change your room if needed. This hotel has the most beautiful beach with plenty of chairs and is not busy, the food is amazing and always changes so you won’t get bored. We will definitely come back to this hotel as the people working here made our stay so enjoyable!

Such a lovely holiday. The resort is very simple and the room was very basic few things were broken but is perfect when you spend the day by the pool and at the entertainment. We found the pool facilities amazing a nice small quiet pool also with a big pool. They had a good mix of activities ran by the animators with a mix of pool aerobics, dancing, water polo and more. They also ran lots of parties in the evening which were good to go to lots of dancing with good shows, we especially enjoyed the fakir show which had lots of audience participants. The food was very tasty and had a good mix of things each night. We enjoyed the chefs cooking things in front of us such as the pasta, pancakes and fresh fish. Overall such a nice holiday would recommend this resort to people especially due the price and was pleasantly surprised by the resort.
