Pieds dans l eau!!! Avec 3 piscines dont une couverte et une thermale, personnel charmant et à l écoute…
Si vous recherchez une destination très locale sur l île pour des vacances reposantes et agréables sans trop rechercher d animation ou jet set !!! Vous êtes au bon endroit!!! Je recommande. cet hôtel si vous n êtes pas trop regardant sur les détails…simple et agréable chambre d architecture locale ! Excellent compromis!

Bon accueil malgré une arrivée tardive.
Personnel d'entretien (femmes de ménage et jardinier) sont très rigoureux. Honnêtement du jamais vu ! Nous avons séjourné au sein de plusieurs établissements en Tunisie, mais la qualité et l'honnêteté du personnel est hors norme. Merci pour vos services.

We were delighted with the Animators, especially Abderahmen Kadri, who impressed us so much that if he is there next year, we will be back. Užily jsme si spousty srandy a legrace, každý den byla nějaká show, a to máme rády. Samý ohňostroj, a my je máme rády, je škoda, že u nás už je to zakázané. Terezka and Kristina

Good barmans , nice personel, and everything in hotel it’s amazing especially service bar in zahra better than another also restaurant it’s okay 👌 every waiters in the bar zahra are good service like fedi fahemi , zied. And tarek The best trip to mee I want to came again because I liked ❤️

We had very nice room with a side view from the balcony to the sea. Very good beds, the room was really clean, every day is coming a cleaning lady to make an order and change the towels. Good aircondition, we had really nice temperature in the room. You can always find your prefered food in the restaurant. When you give to the waiters some little money, they really care and do the best possible for you. Services of the reception desk were also fine. A real problem was wifi. Its available just at the lobby, not in the rooms and during our stay it was not working for 3 days (!). The best you can do is to buy some extra data at home or local data card on internet to be sure, you will have all the comfort you are used for when using your phone. There are some shops with local products and souvenirs at a corridor betweeen the hotels. They dont have fixed prices, so you have to talk about it. Have to say, tunisian people are really nice, always ready to help you. Hotel and the beach is with some imperfections, but if you have experience with arabic countries, its just something you notice and dont care. We had great stay for a very acceptable price.

This hotel is very beautiful, people animaction is very crazy and positive. In pool is very clean and there is a lot of fun. Restaurant destoys good food🍝 every night is another party show and this five for people very fun 💃🏻🕺🏻 love this place ❤️🌴

I really don't know, why this hotel has only 3,2 points... I was here with my friend, we had really good time over here. Our room - bungalow - was absolutely perfect - every day cleaned by one older man - he was very cute and precise. Bungalow offers you 100% privacy... Regarding food - every day perfect beef or lamb for me (I cannot eat chicken and fish). And you can find really a lot of fruit and vegetables by breakfast, lunch and dinner too. During a day you can visit the bar next Reception - all day you can see smiling stuff. Be careful - they prepare strong drinks here. Always you can find coffee, water and non alcoholic drinks too.. Stuff - always helpful - if you need something - all people from hotel help you. If you need taxi, towel, shampoo, water, where to go etc... You can visit wellness center too... Nice place, very cute ladies over here - they take care of you 1,5 hour... This hotel has only one drawback... sunbeds on the beach... there are really few of them for such a large capacity of the hotel. I recommend bringing a beach blanket to avoid this "problem". If you have a beach blanket, nothing will surprise you and you will definitely enjoy your vacation here. It's unbelievable that for this price the hotel offers so much.... Thank you to the entire hotel staff for taking such good care of us. I am attaching real photos of the hotel.

I spent a holiday here with my family. We really enjoyed our week here, especially thanks to the animation team (animator Timo provided daily entertainment which made the holiday much better). I would love to come back here again. Djerba is a great and wonderful place.

I booked this hotel based on the mostly positive reviews citing the 'energetic and motivated' animation team, good food variety, and general professionalism of the hotel. Unfortunately, none of these aspects met my expectations. Knowing this was a 3-star hotel, we didn't expect the highest of quality, nevertheless, we were disappointed by the fact that nobody seemed to care to keep up with the animation schedule which was posted on a board by the pool. We chose this hotel because the animation team was so highly regarded by past visitors, however, they seemed more preoccupied with having a good time than maintaining the set-out schedule. It took us asking and enquiring them multiple times when or IF the activities listed were even going to happen before they started taking us seriously. Short after, we met Timo, a new animator, who seemed to be one of the few who was receptive of our wishes and did his best to sustain a nice full day of activities, as promised. Still, it seemed there was always a never-ending list of nonsense excuses for why something wasn't happening or working. Secondly, the food 'variety' was next to none. If you happen to be vegetarian, good luck finding something other than boiled carrots and zucchini everyday. None of the dishes were even labelled with information about the ingredients and when asked if something contained meat, the cooks either couldn't answer, or answered incorrectly. The queues for the buffet were crazy, there wasn't enough cutlery or glasses for the amount of guests, which left us wandering around the hall for upwards of 15 minutes trying to find a fork to eat our cold food with. On the topic of limited facilities, there was an obvious lack of beach chairs adequate to the number of guests, meaning even if you try to secure a chair in the morning, all of them were occupied long before breakfast. The same thing went for the pool. I sincerely don't understand why the hotel could not buy more chairs, as they were notified by multiple guests of this problem. We were also shocked by the fact that changing your beach towel costs an extra fee. The most annoying thing of all was the disrespect and unprofessionalism showed by some of the staff, namely the waiters and lobby bar manager. The review posted by Melissa rings very true to our experience. Not only were we consistently harrassed by two waiters in the dining hall, asking for contacts and refusing to take no as an answer, the same extended to the creepy lobby bar manager who insisted on taking the contact of my 20-year-old daughter. I find this blatantly inappropriate and disrespectful as their advances made both of us evidently uncomfortable. The clientele consisted of mostly Czechs, Poles, some Russians and some people from neigbouring Arab countries. It must be said, that from our point of view, a lot of the other guests did seem happy with their stay. Overall, we look back on ours with decent satisfaction, regardless of the setbacks mentioned a

Amazing vacation.wonderful place highly recommended. I was with my family very clean hotel with sympathetic staff everything was top service ,food,rooms…🔝 Food very tasty and varied. Big thanks to Yousef the Manager for the warm welcome. For sure will be back with friends. Again highly recommended .

We’ve just returned from our sixth visit to Monarque Dar Jerba Zahra, and I’m thrilled to report that this hotel has never been better. It’s amazing to see the progress year after year. The animation team provides top-tier entertainment, with everything maintained to a very high standard. The food was delicious and varied, making every meal a delight. The beach was clean and inviting, and the parties and animations were diverse and interesting, creating a superb atmosphere throughout our stay. The new manager, Youssef, deserves special mention for his kindness and professionalism. He was always present, eager to hear and address any questions or requests, which truly enhanced our experience. Every staff member was helpful and sincerely interested in meeting the guests' needs. Monarque Dar Jerba Zahra has definitely set a new standard for excellence, and we can’t wait to return to this hotel!

Worst hotel i’ve ever been to. The food is not good at all, it’s cold and the same everyday. The room has a lot of mold in the shower/bath and it smells very bad. There’s is no wifi only in the lobby and it doesn’t even work most of the time. The staff is very pushy, we had to switch pools just because they where coming to us every 2 minutes (and i get it it’s your job to get people to play games and to join activities) but they did not want to leave us alone, they were asking for social media, numbers,.. and to get drinks and go out outside of the hotel with them, after we told them no multiple times they still kept asking all the time and coming to us. Even someone working at the lobby he was around 60 years old asking 20 year olds for their number, that’s not normal!!!! Then the staff in the restaurant was harassing us a whole week (two guys: one named Omar, the other one we don’t know the name but he was a young guy always talking to omar, they were working on the same side of the restaurant). We switched seats to the other side of the restaurant because we felt very uncomfortable. Omar followed us and kept talking while we told him no, then there was a discussion that revolved into yelling at each other, they were very rude calling us ‘b*tches’, yelling ‘f*ck you’ and showing their middle fingers at us. They even followed us outside when we left the restaurant and still kept yelling offensive and insulting things at us. Another young girl who saw it said she was also getting harassed by them and switched sides in the restaurant aswell. This behaviour is unnaceptable in a resort or any kind of customer service. We felt unsafe, uncormfortable and were harassed, verbally abused and disrespected. We wanted to complain at the lobby but they didn’t even hear us out and told us we needed to go back to the restaurant and tell the chef but we didn’t feel comfortable to go back there. I hope there will be serious concequences to these 2 guys because this is not normal!!! I’ll never come back to this hotel or country because we’ve never felt this bad and unsafe anywhere else.

Having stayed at Monarque Dar Jerba Zahra for the sixth time, I can confidently say that this hotel has surpassed all my expectations. Each year it just keeps getting better! The animations are top-notch, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. Everything is of a very high standard. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety, catering to different tastes and preferences. The beach is spotless, and the diverse and interesting animations added to the vibrant atmosphere. The biggest improvement this year was definitely the management. Youssef, the new manager, is incredibly kind and professional, always there to listen to your questions and requests, making sure every guest feels valued. The staff were universally helpful and genuinely interested in ensuring we had the best experience possible. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit!

Besma 1er secrétaire de la reception Was very welcoming and helpful we really like her beautiful smile . Also,Besma Ben Ahmed was so kind and very informative ;she answered all our questions with kindness.She was full of positive energy that we loved it .I highly recommend this hotel very reasonable price for a great service.In addition,Delicious and clean food are available. Fantastic beach and swimming pool.
