Globalement satisfaisant pour le rapport qualité prix Des pointes restent cependant à améliorer comme la qualité de certaines infrastructures (j'ai hérité d'un vieux frigo un peu rouillé par exemple). Mais honnêtement, pour le prix, les repas, les piscines, les animations, les goûters, la disponibilité du personnel, on ne devrait pas se plaindre outre mesure. ce fut globalement un bon séjour. Je recommanderai, sauf quelques petits détails dont on peu accommoder si l'on n'est pas super exigeant

Summary: Excellent value for money and perfectly enjoyable experience all round from the staff, food/drinks options, location and activities at the hotel and to partake in on offer near by. Special mentions to Dhaou, Reception Desk staff and the whole animation team especially Fifi. Firstly the airport to the hotel was a speedy 40min coach trip away. I was speedily checked in as had around 20min of the dinner service left when I arrived at 8:30pm and was very hungry so really appreciated the thought and action by the hotel staff on this. My luggage was kept safe by the nice porter Dhaou and he brought my case and showed me to my room and how to control the heat/air on which I appreciated. Dhaou each day would go out of his way to help and just come and say hello and chat if we spotted each other and he wasn’t with other guests. The room was recently refurbished and much to my surprise had a King bed (2 singles together) and an additional single bed since I was a solo traveller and EasyJet had stated a single room with garden view on the booking. The shower pressure, hot water and all services in the room were very good. A small issue with ants but I just left them to do their own thing and they were not intrusive but is something that should be addressed and not expected in a 4 star hotel. Equally and to my surprise for the time of year there were a lot of mosquitoes and you could see what was left of a few that had been smashed against the wall. I was bitten and luckily had some bike cream and antihistamines, but the bite was very itchy not like experience in the UK. Didn’t report either to the reception and I won’t list my room number other than it was in the number 90s so you know the part of the hotel and but really it wasn’t that much of an issue, could happen anywhere. Most of the hotel was nice modern and well kept including the gardens and the pool areas in the Aqua resort hotel. They are in the process of renovating more rooms so there are some construction noise but I think as the hotel was not at capacity guests were kept as far away as possible from the noise and you couldn’t really hear it in the day by the pool either. The Caesar Hotel which is next door and part of the whole complex meaning you can use the facilities of both not sure about the evening or daytime food though

Avoid This Resort – Major Disappointment and Misleading Advertising I strongly advise against booking this resort. Our experience was extremely disappointing due to several major issues, most of which were not disclosed prior to our arrival. Key Issues: • Half of the resort’s facilities were closed, including the water park, which was the main reason we chose this destination. • The gym does not exist, despite being advertised. • Food quality was very poor, with limited variety and low standards. • Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area, not in the rooms as expected. • The room condition was unacceptable, far below the advertised standards (see attached images, if applicable). • All entertainment and animations were only in French, with no options for English-speaking guests. • Noisy construction work started every morning at 8 AM, completely disrupting any chance of relaxation. This trip felt like a complete waste of time and money. We booked through LoveHolidays and feel severely misled by both the resort and the booking platform. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same disappointment.

I l love this place! I came in February with family and felt safe to come back as a solo traveller in April, the animation team are fantastic! Jamaica, Mo Mo, Jo, Khalido and Malik to name are few are brilliant, the shows are fab, they work so hard to entertain everyone throughout the day and night! Highly recommend to anyone coming to tunisia !

From the moment I arrived, I was really impressed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the entrance is spacious, clean, and welcoming. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly – they really made me feel at home. The rooms are big, tidy, and come with everything you need, including a safe. It’s a fantastic destination if you’re travelling solo, especially in the off-season – I met loads of other solo travellers and made some great friends. Food-wise, it was excellent! There were several live cooking stations making fresh food to order, plenty of salads, and a wide variety of options to suit all dietary needs. There are several pools on the resort to relax by, and the beach is just a short stroll away. Honestly, I had a great experience and would definitely return. Just one tip – avoid buying excursions off-resort. Unfortunately, we got scammed, so it’s best to book directly through the hotel to be safe. Highly recommend for a solo getaway!

We stayed 4 night. It was a great stay. The resort is clean, the food is good. Staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were great. Need some updating to the rooms. I recommend it and will go back to in the future. They are plenty of taxis waiting outside the hotel. We didn’t feel pressured to buy in markets. We felt safe and all around the shops were welcoming and helpful.

This is my honest opinion, On arriving at the airport and directed to the waiting coach my case was offered to be placed on the coach by some guy who wanted a tip, this seemed to be a warning to anybody looking to go to Djerba (have some loose change). On arrival at the Hotel the receptionist failed to find my booking, in his defence he did insist on placing my all inclusive wrist band so I could get something to eat and drink before service ended for the night. This problem happened to another guest who arrived on the same holiday. The staff in the dinning I found not to very friendly and seemed not to able to crack a smile. There was a good selection of lukewarm food although during my short stay (4 days) the food seem to be getting colder. After dinner my booking was found (great relief) and I was shown to my room with a porter who took charge on my case (yes a tip was expected and given. The room its self looked impressive, a very large bed for one person the downside being the pillows must be the firmest pillows in the world. a large balcony to sit and watch the thunder and lightning one of the bedside lights was not working and a lampshade missing.(It wasn't repaired during my stay). neither was the wardrobe hinge or the towel shelf over the bath. I could only find French speaking channels on the TV. The room also had a mini fridge which was useful. Outside you could tell the Hotel was getting ready for the Summer season. The beach was about a 5 minute walk due to having to walk around the Aqua park a block paving path all the way. On arriving at the beach which had a few sun loungers and shades you are met with annoying people trying to sell you horse or Camel rides. The beach its self is soft sand and stretches for miles the down side its strewn with rubbish. Also be aware if you take a walk of loose dogs (one tried to attack me. It would be great beach if it was taken care of, you do see some signs of Hotels making an effort. The Tennis and Basketball/football court need some TLC. Would I stay at the Djerba Aqua Beach Resort again the answer is NO

The staff Naila especially were friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping couldn't do anything more to provide you with clean towels and linen on a daily basis. Even clearing a stain from a white dress!!!! Traditional entertainment at dinner . Thank you Djerba and Naila you have been very kind and restorative.

All inclusive for Christmas is actually 180dt or £46 pre bottle of wine. Food choices are chicken couscous or chicken and couscous. May be beef sometimes. If you are looking for cheap holiday and you are ready to pay extra for everything, this is the right place for you.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment works when I was there which was very impacting due to the high construction noise levels until I badgered them into reallocating me to a different room. I made a cute cat friend (see photo) and I'd love to hear he/she is ok as I could only take care of him/her for the short time I was there. Haidar in the restaurant is incredibly helpful. Really welcoming and always checking you have drinks, cutlery, napkins and that plates are cleared etc - Five Star Top Guy! FiFi is without doubt the hardest working and best member of the Animations (activities and dance) team. Her exercise class is brilliant. She is such a lovely person, always mingling with and encouraging the guests to get involved with the various activites and shows which FiFi has either organised or has a main role in. Overall I had a great holiday as its a nice place and the staff and food/drink are brilliant. I would definitely go back.

Returned yesterday from Djerba Aqua Resort, had an amazing holiday. All staff extremely friendly from reception staff through to the cleaners. As the UK has only recently started flying to Djerba Island again was greeted mainly in French but they soon remembered to switch to English as my French isn’t great. Room extremely comfortable although due to size of the resort it was quite a bit away from main complex but this wasn’t an issue for me. Food was great with lots of choice on a daily basis, you definitely won’t go hungry. As with most AI found sometimes it wasn’t always hot but again never cold & certainly edible. A big shout out to the entertainment team, they are all a credit to the resort. The only reason I haven’t given an excellent score is due to a slight error made by the person who charged me the tourist tax as I was charged in pounds but slightly overcharged by 20 dinar. As it was late in the evening this was swiftly resolved the following day, this could be due to not receiving many English travellers using sterling & lastly & this is just a personal preference I would have liked to have a bath the shower I did have was amazing but I do like a soak every so often. Also a big shout out to the easy jet rep she did a fantastic job.
