This place is simply superb. The location and views are breathtaking. You can go for a quick stroll along the waters. Staff are very polite and friendly. Bojona and Nikola were particularly helpful. They serve very nice breakfast including local delicacies. Rooms are big and clean.They have a nice pool and sunbathing area which is open in summers. Definitely recommend.

We weren’t guests of the hotel, but visited the bianco beach bar attached to the hotel after seeing it on TikTok. The bar manager advised us that it was there first weekend opening so only 1 row of loungers were available and no umbrellas. However there were umbrellas directly behind us. The view is very nice and very peaceful, the music is not too loud also. The steps into the water are covered in algae and one is very slippy (a hazard which needs cleaning). We went up to the seated shaded area for lunch and ordered a burger (as per the managers recommendation - twice!) and a veggie wrap. However, we were very unimpressed with the food. It was soggy, bland and the chips undercooked. The pina colada was amazing and I’m sure the other cocktails are great. Really can’t recommend this place which is a shame as it’s a great venue

NOT a 5*!!! Hotel is run by scammers and fraudsters. Manager is aggressive towards women and will coerce you to cancelling your reservation on Booking so you can’t leave them a bad review which is why their reviews on there are so high. There are other platforms and our voice won’t be silenced! Rooms are full of mould and damp, so bad the wallpaper is peeling off the wall! Strong smell of mould when you walk in which is extremely bad for your health. Their communication prior to arrival was shocking - didn’t respond to ourselves or Booking for 2 months! But responded quickly to accept a cancellation fee for 50%.

We have payed 530 euros for 3 nights - but we didn’t know that our room was located in the basement, which means no windows and fungus smell. We have asked to move to another room or to make an early checkout, they declined to help us. 2 in the family are allergic. We had to find another hotel, but we haven’t got our money back until this day. This is very sad, because now we are gonna totally avoid small hotels - and I will NEVER again book directly on a hotel website. There are so many other good hotels with windows/stunning view in the area. Avoid this one.

Avoid this hellhole of fungus! Our room was in the basement as are 4 out of only 10 rooms in this hotel. Our room was riddled with fungus. The stench was unbearable and an obvious health risc. The manager literally gave us the key and ran in the evening. Next morning we asked for another room or a cancellation and refund of the remaining two days due to the fungus. He flaty denied, because then the hotel would lose (our) money. In other words they would rather steal our money! The manager even acknowledged the fungus and claimed it would be the same anywhere around Kotor Bay. What a lame excuse! Don't go here unless you want your health and vacation ruined and your money stolen! PS: the view from the hotel is super, and the rooms look nice. But what does it help, when you have to stay and sleep in a room filled with fungus?

Stunning hotel, location is out of this world with views right across the bay and so peaceful. Would recommend staying here than the old town if you want to truly enjoy what Kotor Bay had to offer. The walk into town (around 1 hour ish?) is so enjoyable too as you get to see the bay, bars, restaurants, hotels, villas etc along the way. It’s less touristy too which we liked! Our room was beautiful - felt like a suite as was so big and had sofa area, large bathroom etc and our own space in a courtyard. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do more to help you, they spoke brilliant English too. Kotor is just gorgeous and worth visiting - the boat trip to our lady of the rocks and blue caves etc was arranged by the hotel too and was such a perfect day out to see what Kotor is all about. Great restaurants nearby - we tried Mudra Art cuisine (just along the bay en route into town) and also Stari Mlini (5min taxi from hotel) and they were divine experiences! We are sad to leave! Defo will be back, can’t wait x
