Red Roof Inn & Suites Brunswick I-95

Very limited TV stations maybe 12 available. Most stations get NO SIGNAL symbol No ice available since machine is broken Room was spacious People across the hall were very loud and seemed to have several people in one room. Shower was spacious and good water pressure

Helped a family in distress with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. After three days in our home without air-conditioning and water from the hurricane the people at red roof, Inn got us a room for two nights. We inspected the room. It was clean and fresh and we were so pleased. Went home to get our luggage and the power came on . We went back to see them and they canceled our reservation and refunded our credit card charge. These are people that really care about helping their customers. We are so thankful for them. Richard Snell

Room was clean and roach-free, but had a rather pungent odor that I can only guess was a mixture of mildew and pet urine. (It was a pet friendly room.) A mini-fridge and microwave were supplied. The property and room were well worn and in need of renovation. (See for example pics of the ceiling falling in and peeling paint in our bathroom.) To be fair, this was a very inexpensive room, and thanks to Red Roof's "pets stay free" policy we saved at least $25 in pet fees compared to other hotels. That said, we found ourselves wishing we'd paid a little more for a nicer place.

INTERNET PRICING B4 CK.IN..Dont normally complain and dont do bad reviews..but if u advertise a price you HONOR it..Room rate for this roadside " redroof inn".i paid $25 plus more than what was on the website.( .same conditions same room and same amt. of people .. Got to room to a king size bed w a mattress that was beyond wore out mjr divot in the mattress.2 flat small pillows...( on a king size bed)... called front desk and no answer ...went down in my pjs...had to go bk to front desk to talk to mgmt. She couldn't find Xtra pillow and said she d bring one never showed...NOT IMPRESSED..NOT A 85.00 ROOM...if u price on web ..HONOR YOUR PRICES..THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...I WILL SAY ROOM WAS CLEAN..

In all my 69 years, I have never stayed at such a horrible place! The room smelled so bad that I bought air freshener (that didn't help). I couldn't even eat my dinner; felt like I would vomit! And the bedspread was dirty! I took it off and threw it on the floor! Stayed at Red Roof before and they were nice. This one needs to be shut down! Even the staff doesn't care if you have a complaint! The ONLY good thing about it is the location. TRAVELERS BEWARE!

Worst hotel experience in my life! Checked in March 3, 2023 and given room key. When I opened the door to our room, the lights were out and people were sleeping in the room with a large dog. I quickly shut the door and when the occupant came out I apologized and quickly went back to the front desk to tell person at the front desk that the room was occupied. Her response was - “they were supposed to check out today”. How does a hotel not know when a room is vacated and cleaned for the next reservation? I asked for another room and was told there were none available. I asked if she could check other hotels in the area for a room (we were traveling with a small dog), her response was “I’m not from around here”. Unacceptable! The only thing she told us she could do was give us a refund. I even said to her that since we were already here, give us a room reserved for people that haven’t arrived yet and tell them there were no rooms available. She said no. We were driving for 9 hours with a dog and needed a pet friendly hotel. Terrible, terrible customer service. I will never, ever stay in a Red Roof Inn.

This room was as bare as can be. The beds had basic matresses; there was nowhere to put a suitcase or clothes except on the tv counter and there was nowhere in the shower to put shampoo etc.. The price was $99.35 American ($140.00) Canadian and in the morning there was only coffee. We should have looked up reviews prior to choosing but it was late and we were tired.

The desk clerk was very curt and unfriendly- not a good start. The sheets were stained, the towels were threadbare, the floors were sticky, the drinking water was brackish and although it was advertised in their 'superior' rooms, there were no coffee makers. Coffee was only available from 6-9 AM in the lobby. We often stay in Red Roof Inns and are usually pleased. They are dog friendly and usually have both an agreeable staff and clean amenities. This was truly an exception and we were very disappointed.

Where do I even begin with this place, the beds were uncomfortable, stains on all the sheets, stains on the floor and in the shower. Pipes leaking water in the hallways which were super dirty. And the smell. Oh my gah the smell I have never in my life had a hotel room smell so bad. It smelled like sweat and mildew. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close either. Also, the toilet paper was in a rusty tp holder that fell out of the cubby hole where it was at. In addition to all of that, the shower was unbelievably gross with black stuff all in the bottom, and if you were expecting to have a place to put your shampoo or soap etc. think again because there aren’t any small shelves or anything like that to put your stuff on while you shower. It look like they tried to remodel, but failed miserably. I saw one good review for this place on google, it said I’m unsure why this has so many bad reviews, well don’t know what room they got. Both the rooms we got were disgusting. They should honestly be ashamed.
