They don't have mentioned shuttle bus from/to airport. AC just working on max without any reaction to control. Restaurant is only for breakfasts and room service wich you can use only by messaging reception by WA. Room service tablet don't work cause power plug broken and item is discharged. Room is big and clean. There is mosque next to hotel and be ready to wake up at 4 am.

The hotel location is good. About 15-20 minutes from airport, very convenient for a short transit trip Walking (don't do that in summer) distance to National Museum, Islamic Art Museum and Souq Waqif. My flight arrived in early morning and the front desk charged me for early check-in at about 2/3 of the full night rate...Except for this, the staffs were generally friendly. Room space is huge, 60sqm+, but the view is almost blocked though I booked city view. But does't matter too much as it's not necessary to open the curtains during day time due too too strong sunlight. Sound insulation is not good enough.

Awesome i stay good and all staff is good especially to ms manasa reception is kind because i request the room i like she give thank u ms manasa, i always comeback this hotel.

The bedding was not so clean and they didn’t have wifi but aside from that, the rooms are quite big and it’s good value for money.

It’s a very aged hotel but the room is huge! Probably 3 times the size of a normal hotel room. The beds were not comfortable though.. 3-5 min walk from souq wafiq metro station

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön gestaltet das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend alle Belange wurden sofort umgesetzter hatten keine Probleme das Frühstück war auch jeden Tag frisch und lecker

My experience was awful. Rooms are extremely cold and AC is not working in any room. How I know this? Because we changed 3 rooms! First something was knocking on window nonstop and they gave us smaller room. Then secon room was freezing. We tried to turn on the AC for hot but failed it, mechanic came and said that ac in this room is not working. After 1 hour of negotiations they gave us another room which was still cold but better than second. The gotel itself is old style. Nothing is new. Yesterday i found a insect inside wardrobe above fridge. Food is normal, for just breakfast. I am glad we choose only breakfast option because restraunt is very small and choices are not that big.

It was amazing. Staffs are very friendly and assisted me for all the queries. Worth the price we paid. Swimming pool was outdoor and we had a good time there. We have seen they are changing the pool area to be more attractive. Housekeeping was also very helpful. Rooms are huge and the biggest we ever stayed.

Wonderful stay, the hotel is amazing and the rooms are spacious also the staffs are very friendly. Location is great and breakfast is very nice. Very close to Souq Waqif and many popular places nearby. Huge parking and a beautiful lobby sitting area

Very unimpressed with this hotel. Started well with fast check in and an incredibly spacious room. It went downhill from there. Here is a list of criticisms: - The shower was both weak and the water was merely lukewarm. - The internet was slow and unreliable. - The staff were friendly but their level of English was poor. - The swimming pool was closed. - I ordered overpriced food via the tablet and it never arrived. Went downstairs to enquire and they gaped at me. TheySaid they would send it up as soon as possible but even that took 45 minutes. - I ordered an early breakfast as my flight was early... also never arrived. - There was nobody even at the reception on check out so I just left the card key and walked out. Definitely one to avoid.
