The island was amazing in so many ways. Food options are plenty, kids activities is top notch. We had a great time for a little staycation and would highly recommend. The only comment or recommendation I would give is to have as little market for all those snacks that we love and give the kids options to shop alone.

It’s the worst hotel I’ve visited ever. Very unprofessional and a polite staff. The hotel is located far from Doha it’s in the middle of the sea. And there’s a bout to take you there which needs 30mint and the boat has a specific timing schedule to leave every hour up to 11 after 11 you will be out side no one will accept to drive you. There’s no supermarket or even a pharmacy in the island so if you need to buy anything you will need to take 30 mint boat. And be sure you reserve it in advance. It was a nightmare I was not feeling relaxed I feel I need to run and catch the boat and the hardest time for us was when we will checkout we’re I called then 1 night a head and I informed them about the timing of my departure and I confirm 9 Am bout. Unfortunately no one show up to take our luggages and I started the complain again with the stuff you feel they are unhappy and they don’t to work. Really I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel.

В это время было достаточно много то ли ремонтных, то ли строительных работ на острове. Постоянно ездили машины, занятые в процессе. При том, что дорожки достаточно узкие, это напрягало, тк нельзя спокойно прогуляться - постоянно вынужден оглядываться, что неудобно особенно с ребенком. И не очень чисто в ресторанах, мы так поняли, что это в цели вопрос Катара. Для того, чтобы у тебя убрали посуду со стола, об этом нужно просить. Под столами могут валяться салфетки, крышки, крошки и т.д. Что, конечно, не соответствует 5 звездам. НО персонал отеля очень отзывчивый не все просьбы, пожалуй, за счет них и остается хорошее впечатление об отеле. Сам отель, кстати, не новый, нужно быть к этому готовыми. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить шеф повара, который готовил кашу и другие блюда по запросу для дочки, что для нас на фоне достаточно однообразного меню было важно. Кстати, об этом. Есть ощущение, что отель заточен на гостей, приезжающих на 1-2-3 дня, питание везде очень однообразное, на завтраки каждый день одно и то же. Поэтому лететь в этот отель на долгий отдых я бы не советовала. А на выходные вполне.
