The hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Upon arriving the check in was prompt and we received a free welcome drink along with 2 drink vouchers to use within the lounge at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and included a variety of amenities. We used the gym on site and it was great, has everything that you will/would want in a gym! We had breakfast upon checkout and it was great, there was a wide variety of choices, very well laid out and tasted great. They even provided me with a yogurt bowl to takeout as we didn’t have much time before our flight. Amazing customer service. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

This was an amazing hotel! The service was so good and they even extended my check out time. The breakfast was incredible and so was room service. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Doha.

I’ve stayed in a lot of W Hotels and this one is my least favorite. The location is fine, though there isn’t much in the immediate area other than malls. The hotel facilities are limited. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers and the gym is small but sufficient. The hotel claims to have beach access but this is not true. The beach is some distance away and entrance is expensive. The breakfast is fantastic with very helpful waiters. Although, a bill was presented to us at each breakfast despite our breakfast being included in our rate. I think this was more for tips. I’ve never experienced this in any other hotel in the world.

Hotel location and view is nice. At check in I was told my room type not available and I refused to switch to smaller beds. Somehow the manager found a room. Room service very expensive compared to loca prices in Doha. Housekeeping also is not as good as expected. We were couple and they had not left amenities for one person. Breakfast was perfect with many choices and good service.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I must commend your housekeeping staff for their exceptional work. Furthermore, I cannot praise your reception staff enough for their warm and welcoming attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism and genuine interest in providing top-notch service truly made me feel valued as a guest. I must say that my overall experience at W Doha hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The level of service provided by your dedicated team was nothing short of outstanding. It is evident that you have a team of passionate individuals who are committed to creating memorable experiences for your guests. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone at W Doha hotel for making my stay an unforgettable one. Rest assured, I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends, family, and colleagues who plan to visit your beautiful city.
