From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with disinterest and rudeness from the staff named ISSAM, introducing himself as the Manager. And us inquiring who is his Superior, replied with a ‘IT IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS’. As being a guest of a tenant to attend a holiday dinner, it was a nightmare that other visitors just went home of disappointment. The guy is very unprofessional in dealing with the guest and their visitors, especially talking very rude to us. Confronting the guy properly that the way he deals with their clients is clearly not correct, he insisted that it is professional which definitely not. He offered to call the police so we can complain his attitude like ***. This might be a case of racism as we are Asians. And being part of the Hospitality Industry, this kind of attitude is NOT TOLERATED at all. It is very disappointing and horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

This is our second time here , first one was better actually, the place still good but we didn’t feel welcome honestly they didn’t treat us as a guests specially in the check in , we were treated like Normal people or colleagues Wich I didn’t like , because iam still a guest . The service was slow for us , sometimes they didn’t answer our calls , and they way of answering the phone was weird its like they just wanna make it fast , We asked for some service he literally told us to do it by our selves really ? . In the last day the service was fine I would like to thank vanlal who answered the phone in a friendly manner , and for her smile and her great service . Wanna thank also Chandra for being nice . And of course our super star deeksh , his great service that made me remember him for the 2nd time . Thanks for Ali also he was smiling to us . Keep it up !

I think it is fair to say that the staff are some of the politest I have ever encountered in a hotel. Many thanks to them for being so cheery and helpful. The only real detraction for me was the lack of plug sockets on the room especially next to the bed. Poor design. One final tip, Uber is incredibly cheap here and a brilliant service.

This is probably my favorite hotel to come back to.. overall Special mention to Mercy the staff at the pub who go the extra mile to remember your name, and to make sure you're completely satisfied. got the service absolutely right - the ability to make you feel like you are coming back to your home. The facilities are excellent, and made sure the drinks & snacks were served just how we like it on each of the 3 days we visited there. Thank you

A special shout-out to Ruth Mercy at Hamilton’s as her service was awesome she recommended us the best dishes on the menu, clearly and happily communicates throughout..one of my most favorite places in Qatar…Warmly welcomed I have stayed almost in over 42 countries and I will choose here over and over again..
