Hotel is proper, but the toilet is so bad, water heater doesnt work and water doesnt sink

Very disappointing experience due to the hotel’s lack of transparency. When booking, there was no mention anywhere on the website or in the hotel policies that Qatari nationals are not allowed to stay with someone of the opposite gender without a marriage certificate. Upon arrival, I was only informed of this rule, which was never stated beforehand. As a result, I had to book an extra room, causing unnecessary inconvenience and additional costs. While the reception staff was polite, the hotel’s policy should have been clearly communicated before booking to avoid such issues. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.”

Location was very good and cheaper option in Doha. However, the room was old, especially bathroom needs renovation. I heard the noise (shower and using toilet) from the person upstairs in the bathroom.

Very clean and friendly personal and close to metro and souq waqif

been booking this hotel several times because of practicality and convenience. Just give them a call and they will immediately find solution or provide an option to your special request.

We arrived at this hotel around 4 pm and we are given the room on 12th floor. The room was spacious and had its own mini bar with microwave- the metro just in walking area about 300 meter from the hotel

The front counter employee has very good service named Hogan. And the butler at night provides good service. If you need something, call and bring it to us right away. We are impressed with your stay, good service, no hassle, no big deal.👍👍👍

Every things are excellent except the hot water for shower not too hot. Hotel location close to souq waqif metro station

The hotel is clean, and the hotel staff they’re helpful and polite.

Experience was not good not bad type. But hotel location is good . Because is just walking distance from metro . Also there is a park in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet price around 50 qar .I forgot the actual amount.

This hotel was located within walking distance of Souq Waqif. It was a great room, with a good view. I didn’t eat the breakfast, but the dining area looked nice.
