The front desk staff JO and Xiao Deng received me warmly and provided me with a detailed check-in guide. During the whole stay, both room service and restaurant service were very professional and thoughtful, which made me feel at home. Next is the guest room environment, which is simply great! The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, warm and comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, so that I can enjoy a good sleep every night. In addition, the room is fully equipped, including air conditioning, TV, high-speed network connection, etc., which fully meets my travel needs. When it comes to catering flavours, I must give a thumbs up to the restaurant in this hotel! There are many kinds of food here, including authentic local food and international dishes. I tried their signature dishes and some special snacks. They tasted so good that I ate them happily. In addition, the service of the restaurant is also very thoughtful. The waiter always answers my questions patiently to ensure that I enjoy a pleasant dining experience. In terms of geographical location, this hotel is located in the city centre, with convenient transportation and many surrounding attractions. Whether it is shopping or visiting tourist attractions, it is very convenient. There are also many restaurants and shops near the hotel, which meet my shopping and leisure needs. In terms of complete facilities, this hotel has also done a very good job. The gym, swimming pool, conference room and other facilities are all available, so that I can stay healthy during the journey and successfully complete business activities. In addition, the hotel's parking lot is also very spacious, which provides convenience for self-driving travellers. The sanitary situation is also an aspect that I am very concerned about. Nice new hotel with spacious room. I booked a king size bedroom with sofa bed. The sofa bed was big enough and comfortable for a big adult. Coffee and tea were provided at the lobby anytime, and the room was equipped with espresso coffee machine which was a added convenience. The breakfast was nice with good variety and quality. The front desk was very helpful too. A couple of improvements are: The window of the room was dusty and the WiFi registration process was difficult with unclear instruction. For eg, it asked for Last name, but I was then told that it actually required full name.

This hotel is totally new, modern style and rooms are very clean. My room have high tech AC and automatic curtains, which are easy to use for foreigners too. The staff is super kind and they put extra effort to make my stay comfortable and make smooth communication. They are so polite that they translate all to my native language which is really rare nowadays. Special thanks to Mr. Liu 柳宇涛for communication and Miss. Deng for efficient check and smooth stay here in Dongguan.

衞生：洗澡竟然發現有這麼大的煙頭沒有清理，而且空調一整晚很吵，沒得調小風量。最讓人失望的就是煙頭，煙頭，這個衞生做的太讓人失望了。

出差東莞石碣鎮，肯定要入住推薦的希爾頓惠庭酒店，房間很大裝修簡潔風 房間內有冰箱微波爐 辦公桌椅子可以挪動，適合商務出差人士選擇，房間隔音也很好入睡很安心
