actually this is one of my favorite hotels, but this time I feel messed up.. the service at the reception from the first day was very troublesome, and on the last day my bathroom glass cracked, and they just sent a cleaner to look at it and didn't apologize or try to fix it, then I went downstairs and they just said, oh then do you want to change rooms? even though the glass is very big and I think it would be very dangerous if it broke and hit someone around it

I had a pleasant stay at All Seasons Hotel at Donghai Crustal City. The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall experience. The amenities were adequate, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the area. Very good and strategic locations just opposite the crystal city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is above my expectations. The bed is comfortable with two selections of pillow to choose from the hard or soft. Many good dining place around the working distance from the hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel with friendly and helpful staffs.. Will definately come back again on my next business trip! Going everywhere is so convinent and staffs were helpful to book a taxi for me! Breakfast is acceptable but I hope for abit more varieties. 😊
