There is no parking lot allocated. Have to turn round and round and round looking for parking. Room is not so clean and quite dusty. Even spotted few cockroaches in the toilet. Dustbin was damaged and unable to close. Bathroom itself having some heavy humid smell. Pillows too soft. Have to layer up two pillows in order to sleep. Wifi not working although connected. Shower room door handle too lose and almost easily getting damage. Pool and children playground is nice. Suitable for family.

just nice , but the parking for another car so hard to find because of cny holiday maybe.

Got swimming pool, gym and children's playground, very suitable for family and friends for staycation

Cleanliness a bit off.. kitchenware kinda oily. You need to re-wash before using it. On the other hand, the kitchen quite good, multicooker, refrigerator, microwave were provided. Set up like a minibar. Room space is spacious. Amenitites complete. Very good view from the window. You can see paddy field, and also sea view. The hotel also near to plaza 88.. you can get the best dessert at ‘Dear Friends’ dessert cafe.. the price also reasonable.

The room was a little dusty. Maybe bcs there are no people in there for an amount of time. Some of the towels also low quality because the lint falls off the floor and even sticks to the body. Got no sofa, only beanbag-like sofa provided. The small pillow need to be wash. Overall the room is good.

Got upgraded from a 1 queen bed to 2 queen bed studio as the keys to the original unit was missing. Tiara has always been accomodating.Place was beautiful n clean.

Nice hotel but very POOR management . There's no front office to assist. No parking . What they have is just a person standing there to give you a room kwy and to collect during check out time .. Hotel owner will text you via WhatsApp to trfs RM100 as a deposit to his personal account bank . After check out , i was not returned my deposit . I have to text the owner over and over again. So much excuses. I only recs my deposit day after. OMG !!
