We just had the video and forgot to take a picture. Handle door is broke, room is really uncomfortable and we had ask to change room unfortunately that day was fully booked. Hoping the management take an action and we're look forward to see the best in your hotel apartment for the next staycation. Btw, the positive things abt this hotel it is very close (sharing buliding with ITCC mall) but you still need a transportation if you're wish going to city centre of Sabah.

Stayed to attend family events. The place is just nice for us. Except the elevator was quite occupied during our stay. However it is understandable for it's a festive season. The apartments was fully booked. The housekeeping and front office were helpful and friendly ❤️

If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. My kids loved it. Not super clean though. Quite an old unit but for the price, it is more than what i expected. Recommended.

Need to fix the bathroom s drainage. Nobody wants to stand in a pool of dirty water. Moldy walls in Bathroom. No wifi provided. All ok except mentioned earlier. Good instructions of Check in and Check Out .

Mailbox that had been broken. Yesterday, we took the room key without key in any password.....I think it is very dangerous and we found the half bottle of water on the dining table...... is it they really did the cleaning services? And in the next morning, I contacted the front officer, but did not get any response till now..... very disappointed to me

Nice clean studio room comfortable for 3 to 4 persons.. very good location at shopping mall with enough secure parking.. lots of restaurants and shops to choose from.. very good and recommended..

At first we arrive and the door handle is broken and of course we ask to move another room but management said all room are fully booked. The sofa is broken, the tv is outdated even cant use netflix only youtube. The aircond in living room is dirty and need to service, and a bit smelly when we come inside. On positive side you can open the window on evening and you can see the sunset and its very nice and the heater functioning well and cheap than other room lah
