This was the second year in a row that we stayed at Bergparadies, and we plan to come back in the years to come. The location, rooms and facilities are excellent. Both secluded and close to nature as well as warm and welcoming. We got a free upgrade to a room with balcony which was much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I ever tried with their signature omelet which has many locally sourced ingredients (must try, and immediately fall in love). The free Gastain card offers much activities, the most favorite is the thermal baths which is the perfect for us, lovely scenery and weather along with warm relaxing waters. There is much more to say, but in short, magical and unforgettable.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, plenty of plug sockets and hot water. I asked reception for an extra pillow and lat checkout, both no problem. Accommodation very close to ski lifts, restaurants and 5 mins walk to supermarket. 10 min walk from train station. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.

I have to say that this is the second time we have visited the Bergparadies Apartment & Studio Hotel and we LOVE IT!!! The rooms are comfortable, clean and nice! The breakfast included is a MUST with so many delicious regional products that they make in their own farm and all the staff is so friendly that you feel yourself at home!!! The distance to the Alpentherme Bad Hofgastein is just 7 minutes from the hotel and it is an amazing place for wellness and family fun. And the restaurants and all the activities around the hotel are great! We are definitely coming back this year!!! We live in Germany but I have to say that the 5 hour drive is worth it!!!

Everything was fine in bilo for us 2, would be tough for 4 people. Very nice and warm bathroom. For skiing holiday drying of clothes was little bit harder, heating is only in the floor. Kitchen with dishwasher and even oven, but we missed a water kettle very much, fast electrical or for hob, we had to make tea in a pot which is little dangerous. Ski room equipped with heated thorns for shoes. Very nice holiday:-)

We come to Dorfgastein every winter but this was our first time in Bergparadies. We stayed in appartment Stubnerkogel with 2 seperate bedrooms/bathrooms. The appartment is spacious, modern and very comfortable. Ski lift, ski rent, restaurants and Spar shop are nearby. Some small improvement points: sometimes no more warm water between 18 and 19, no water kettle (this really should be part of the standard kitchen inventory!) and the oven was not very clean.

Great location and lovely modern apartment. So close to the slops, great family holiday. The staff is very friendly and you have access to the local spa and pool. A gem if you are looking for a very clean and well located apartment for skiing. First class

Totally best accommodation, in penthouse is so many space for children's. and it's too close to cable. This city have best Italian restaurant ever. Apartment need littlest more cleaning but it's good for us. I can recommend it for family's and friend's.

We had very pleasant holiday at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony on the village and surrounding mountains was excelent. The breakfast was also delicious. We also got free entrance to nearby Alpentherme, which was great. One can enjoy skiing in winter, and the area provides a lot of hiking opportunities. We can really recommend the hotel.

Nice stayed nice apartment hotel nice Staff nice place. I recommend it for people wants to stay in it and every thinks are closed to the apartment. We are enjoy our holiday supermarket Spar tow minute and coffee and restraint. Also you can make so many think their like bicycles our hiking. The place is very elegant and beautiful and has many services and the staff are very friendly and helpful. And the place is close to several places around it, such as Badgastein and Holf Justin, and it has many beauties, restaurants, cafes and scenic landscapes.
