Definitely do to suggest this place to anyone, there are much more nicer places along this road being close to this beach. Unless you want to be abused my the staff, Who will hand you a note of eviction make you pack up your things and leave then offer you to stay with attitude still and not offer you your refund. Mind you being evicted for standing up to the way the male “manager” speaks to your family about moving your car. Out of touch, no people skills or communication skills.

First and foremost the people running the park were extremely rude and borderline abusive. The toilets were dirty the whole 3 days we where there on a powered sites even though it was started they would be cleaned 3 times a day. Beware if you are taking your family these people have no customer liaison skills whatsoever.

Definitely an off the beaten path type of place. It is convenient to the beaches and the house/apartment was fine. Nothing special but fully accommodating. The folks at the reception were super nice and they made it worth the trip to stay there. My only problem was that they do not have Internet service, so traveling from outside. The country was a bit tricky with cell phone service and such. I would have given it a much higher rating if that had been provided.

Lisa (new manager) has single-handledly ruined Kangerong. Previous managers please come back!!! Our extended family and others loved you over our years of stay. Main manager Lisa is truly homo horribilis (a horrible person). She is both aggressive and passive dominant in her interpersonal power plays. We have witnessed it both with ourselves in person, by phone arriving when she first took over and we had never “experienced her” and in the office on many occasions and now since as usual contradicting her other staff members on what they tell us or what had already been booked and on one occasion what had paid for. I know there is a staff shortage but Why can’t the owners realise this and move her on or better still out of the industry? Even the local Tourist Information Centre had heard of her when I went to ask for suggestions of alternative accommodation for 2024. She brings dread to all the long-term owners who shared their experiences with us and is a know- it all and intimidating per other summer renters. She is a holiday wrecker. (Long term owners asked me to post as they couldn’t except via friends accounts). We only sought to go back because of the nice people who stay and ability of my child to ride his bike safely around the park. Not a single issue with anyone staying - all harmonious as usual. Off to another place until Lisa leaves.

The rudeness of the managers was unbelievable from the minute we arrived until we left 3 days later. Would not recommend this park to anyone. We were a large family group and no one felt welcome or comfortable in this place. It was like we were an imposition. We will never return to this place.

The park is in a great location and the cabin we stayed in was great! HOWEVER the staff are next level rude - to the point we couldn’t WAIT to leave! The woman manager was so rude and inconsiderate. “Mandatory maintenance” was performed on the cabin without us being aware to which was then denied work was carried out at first! Won’t be back again based on the rudeness of the staff!

Will never step foot in that place again - booked a group booking for a family xmas weekend away - staff were incredibly rude - never heard anything like it ! Rude from the day we arrived to the time we checked out ! Absolute worst experience !

Staff were informed of van and vehicle size when we booked and were very rude when we had nowhere to park our vehicle once van was set up.We weren't the only visitors to experience this. Amenities were clean but the grassed areas were just mud holes.We and another couple left 2 days early and would never return.
