I reach check in time they wait me 2 hours for check in after that go room Ac is not working after all I find bed bugs in room it's very worse experience

Was a decent stay, we are often in Dubai, and location is convenient. Breakfast was good, as well, which you don’t get, if you’d book direct

It was great stay .peacfull and comfortable room and clean on front service was frank and polite happy to stay.

The hotel is good but this time I feel like I have mosquitoes and flies I called the house keeper many times but after 6 hours they came

Extremely bad hotel :1.not clean , too smelling 2. Service very bad , no service. 3. Price Sometimes only 20USD, sometimes go expensive. 4. Floor is sleeping, easy to fall down . 5.Bar at first floor , very noisy, Until 5am , too noisy, cannot sleep . 非常差的酒店，千万别来，不管多少钱都不要定，旁边iBis好一百倍。1.酒店脏，味道很大；2. 服务态度很差，没有服务；3.地板很滑，容易摔跤4. 价格有时候就一百多人民币的酒店 5. 楼下有个酒吧，整完都吵

Upon check in the staffs were so friendly, bedroom wise it was too hot during our first air-condition was not working properly but it has been fixed the following day, over all it was not too bad

Overall our stay was great, good location with many restaurants nearby. Parking was available for free. The only thing that I would probably mention how noisy the bar downstairs was, but it was ok we were able to sleep. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice room with big space

The hotel is good but the services in restaurants is so bad they still need more training how to deal with costumers

Terrible ! The room is very bad. Hairdryers are broken! The wall of the bathtub is leaking. Room telephone is NoT working ! The technician said “ the bathtub is not for lying ! If I want to lay down , use the swimming pool.” They changed 2 rooms for me! Two rooms aren’t ok AT all! Kettle is Not working ! 电话坏掉。吹风机坏掉。浴缸坏掉。灯打不开！
