As always, check-in was fast, room was exceptional big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I am a regular guest.

Big rooms. Many restaurants nearby. Train is walking distance.

I have stayed at this hotel previously many times Had very good experience, unfortunately I can’t say the same this time, they extra charged on tax when questioned why management said to contact trip Management wasn’t focused or concerned, breakfast was terrible, you have lost me as customer

the hotel itself was pleasantly comfortable and clean, the only possible area of improvement seems like the checking in and out unusually longer than in most hotel ive experienced in the past.

Very nice stay! Enjoyed! It has been lovely spending those 4 days at the hotel .

My stay at Asiana was amazing and service was superb. The staff were always so attentive and would definately be staying there again on my next visit.

Aisana hotel is a very high quality boutique hotel. I booked a suite. It was a very unique experience with many small beautiful details. I highly recommend this hotel as it's very tidy and trendy. Make sure you call the hotel a head of time as some rooms are facing the hotel's IC unit mainly on the first floor. Aside from that, It was a very happy and pleasurable experience. Denfetly will book this hotel again. Saif, the front office manger and Shayan are the best people who could communicate and accommodate your needs.

Perfect location, central to most popular places and just 15mins to the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the rain shower and the interior mirrors. Beautiful! I didn’t book breakfast cause I wanted to explore brunch spots around, I did order late night dinners and the kitchen was open even after 11pm, the food was delicious!

The hotel is very big and spacious. Clean and new. Breakfast has a lot of options. I like it.

Located near Al Riqqa Red Line station and Abu Baker Green line station, Was welcomed by very helpful staff

It was probably the top 3 worst hotels I have travelled to this year. We arrived very late in Dubai, and even after showing the booking confirmation for two adults and two children, the manager first insisted that the booking was only for one person. Then he told me that one of my kids was 11.5 years old, so they would have to pay extra. I was too tired, so I paid. Luckily, the more experienced staff sorted it out the next morning and refunded the amount, but they charged the tax on it. The service is very slow. Expect over 30 minutes to receive anything, even after several reminders. There were no toothbrushes, slippers or blankets. There's a club or disco downstairs, which is super loud. I could hear throbbing bass sound and could not sleep most of the night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!
