The frontdesk offer us free upgrade to suite, however, need to pay extra UED 300++ :( Staffs wasnt helpful & did not deliver dental kits though we have requested. The bathroom heater doesnt work sometimes.

Great hotel apartments , spotless , location is good in Dubai you have to use taxis everywhere anyway. Reception is very helpful. Only thing would not go to the restaurant because of one waiter, he just would not leave us alone really annoying. But overall would stay there again.

The place is near the sewage plant and it does not matter which floor you stay in the smell makes you sick. The aircon was controlled to keep it in 21.5 and it started sweating in the night without the aircon not working properly. The stay was so bad that we had to vacate than the normal date; Breakfast was 18£ pp and it was not for the price, even a fruit platter was with bad fruits, the overall quality of the stay is so poor. Dont waste your money here

Staying at this new, modern luxury apartment hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were indeed large, spacious, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views from the higher floors. It was a pleasure to have a balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, there were some drawbacks. Throughout my stay, there was constant renovation or repair work in neighboring rooms, resulting in strong paint smells that were quite unpleasant. Additionally, the presence of a large construction site beside the hotel was somewhat disruptive. I also noticed some staff members who seemed overly curious or intrusive, which affected my sense of privacy. Lastly, while the breakfast offered was minimal, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the issues with ongoing renovations, nearby construction, and breakfast options were disappointing aspects of an otherwise luxurious stay.

Странный отель. Находится далеко от всего, но рядом с Sheikh Zayed Road. Плюсы: нормальная комната, есть кофемашина и 4 таблетки неспрессо-стандарта. Хорошие завтраки. Кухня и большой холодильник. Минусов больше. Рядом очень шумная стойка небоскреба, шум постоянный с 7 утра, однажды и ночью что-то пищало очень долго звуком погрузчика. Жесть, короче. Номера дают произвольно, если закажете с видом на канал- 50/50, что дадут с «видом» на стройку. Правда, при претензиях предоставляют выбор из нескольких. Вид на канал очень условный, канал далеко. В номере не прибрались один раз, пришлось настойчиво просить. Бизнес центр в отеле отсутствует, поработать за PC не выйдет. Вывод: отель за сравнительно небольшую цену и с хорошими завтраками, но с шумом от стройки.
