The hotel is brand new, featuring a great pool and gym. The breakfast offers a rich selection of delicious options. The staff, especially at the front desk, are warm and welcoming. Its prime location adds to the convenience, and the room amenities are top-notch.

Very nice

From beginning to end, I had a horrible stay. First, it took them hours to get our rooms ready when booking was done weeks ago.  Service was appalling. Staff at the hotel treated guests like cattle, especially at the breakfast where they would tell you to accept the poor service or leave.  Most shocking, my daughter was bitten by bedbugs in the first night and we also noticed mites around the floors and the toilet.  Horrible stay. Never coming back here again.

Great value for money, stunning view from the hotel, and easy access to the metro, airport, and city center mall! We also love the breakfasts.Also thanks Trip.com for providing the hotel at a lower price that includes breakfast.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The stay was pleasant. The breakfast had vast spread, including western, Indian, Continental. Had some French sweets as well The staff is very cordial: mostly Indian, Bangladeshi and locals Musatafa at the reception was very helpful. I needed to go out of Dubai for a night after checking out. While others at reception were pointing to the Hotel policy, he understood my situation, and allowed me to keep my baggage for a night

The hotel is located besides the Dubai Creek, The fercility and services are excellent. The is no dining choice nearby, but it is about 15 minutes of walking to metro station and Deira City center.

For a short business trip, this hotel offered everything needed and more.

The experience was exceptional. Stunning location, the room was spacious, bed was incredibly comfortable, offering delicious breakfast wide variety of food to select. I have a faced an issue during my last day, the cold water was not working. I had to wait for more than 45 mins for technician to look through the issue. The front desk manager wasn’t efficient in finding a quick solution.

Location is 15min from the airport and right across a big mall. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is 3months old (in June 2024) still have some technical issues like electricity outage (short) and slow internet. The staff explained the internet is a 3rd party provider and the short power outage is linked to smart home features. They reacted fast and solved the issues. Overall a very nice experience
