The Biltmore Villas Hotel & Spa, Dubai

We had an amazing experience at The Biltmore Hotel Villas ! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rufina, who made us feel right at home. Abhishek prepared a delightful welcome drink that set the perfect tone for our stay. When we visited the spa, Veronika greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making the experience even more relaxing. Essam was incredibly helpful, giving us a fantastic tour of the villa and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

We stayed here as a family of 30 people (adults and kids) in 5 villas over the holidays in December and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. It took us a while to decide to book the villas as we were initially considering beach villas for our group but we discovered Biltmore in March and we booked right away for holiday season in December. Now, what really makes this place special is the location (despite being right smack in the middle of Al Barsha, it is still very private and somewhat shielded from the hustle and bustle that comes with the proximity to Mall of Emirates), the beautifully furnished villas and most importantly, the amazing staff. Nothing was too much for them and they never said no to any of our requests. We were made very very comfortable and even got some amendments made to the truly luxurious Villa 5 (the belle of the hotel) just to ensure our stay was perfect and that was exactly what it was! Some minor things that elevated our experience. There was a separate entrance for food delivery which made it super easy to retrieve items without having to go through reception all the time. There was also ample space at the basement for parking. Another favorite with the kids was the cinema room which quickly turned into the game room, the temperature controlled pool and the roof top in Villa 5 where we were able to catch some of the fireworks on Jan 1. You can tell the property was very well thought out. Everyone was great but special shout out to the ever smiling doorman Jack (and the lady too!) Mahmoud the bellboy, and our amazing concierge - Hajar, Hajar and Faith. The wonderful folks at breakfast every morning who accommodated us even when we stayed beyond our time, John who became the kids’ favorite (the gym, spa and kids club director), my niece kept asking of him long after the holidays, Kaoutar the exceptional sales lady who kept in touch and ensured our preferences were communicated over the course of 6 months before our stay date and finally, the front desk manager. Biltmore is a lovely lovely place, we made wonderful memories with our families here and whenever I drive past it, it makes me smile. If you’re thinking of booking here, don’t hesitate, go for it! Definitely value for money.

The Villas are in an excellent serene environment walking distance from the Emirates Mall, very good service all round, the staff were always helpful and courteous and all day in room dining. The villas are tastefully designed and there is a well equipped gym

Nice villa, good accommodation and amenities. Good spa service however sometimes communication with concierge team was not fluid. Would be nice if pool was not in the shade. Great breakfast experience at the villa. Would be keen to recommend the hotel.

- Best butlers Haddade and hisham - i like the parkings and the smoothness of going in and out of the villa, and absolutely love the elevator. Room service is fast and satisfying. Didnt like the mattress because it was stiff. - there was a little fire alarm accident but got solved very quick Overall 9.0 out of 10

I stayed at the biltmore hotel and it was one of the most exciting moments from the check in time to the dining options and they have new outlet cafe du paris just wow, the beds are very comfortable,,,,, butler service is very fast, it deserve 7 stars not 5 stars
