Love everything thing about this Hotel , it's Value for Money , plus helpful staff Musa

Good hotel but there was construction that’s why I gave low rate for my stay No variety of food Just ok

Not as expected

We had a great stay at the hotel. It was entirely different from all other places we’ve stayed in Dubai. It has a lovely view of the lake, the hotel itself is spacious and the hospitable staffs are cherry on the top. Breakfast was amazing and fun to have beside the lake. It was a different vibe altogether with pretty hotel, houses, park and restaurants surrounding the lake. rMany thanks to Loriel and Moussa for your wonderful service!!

Everything was exactly as expected, sweet receptionists, the whole team was awesome, can’t wait to visit again.

Outstanding location, very peaceful and located in a beautiful village. Our room was not in the main building but instead in the "aisle". Very quiet room, good bedding, we asked for twin bed and it was nice although the beds were a little narrow. Room style matches with the environment. Bathroom very modern, shower was amazing with "drizzle" when showering. Sink was poorly designed with little space. Gardens outside were beautiful, full of fruits (apple, pears, figs), lots of plants and flower. Lawn neat and very british. Staff was super helpful, very kind and always looking out for us. Diner and breakfast was delicious, traditional and very tasty.

The hotel is nice with many good staff working there. Location is a little far but nevertheless it’s ok if you’re driving. Hotel rooms need some upgrading and updating. Bed is comfy enough for me. Special mention to one staff named Mousa.. he’s very friendly and always so helpful greeting us with a smile. It’s also linked to a mall with saloon, restaurants and a supermarket. Very convenient indeed. Highly recommended.
