My wife and I stayed here for the second time and we love it here because of the highest quality service. The hotel is extremely clean, with all staff members providing exceptional customer service.

酒店前台很有意思，我半夜訂的酒店，以為特價是因為晚的原因，沒在意。前台非洲黑妹兒給我安排了掛電梯房，我想請協調換一下，她找來了他們經理，這個經理告訴我，預訂頁面寫的很清楚，特價房是在電梯旁邊的，我又打開進去仔細看了，確定沒有寫，他不給我換，要換就讓我補差價。然後我就找攜程。和攜程溝通後，立馬打電話給了酒店前台，前台借了一下電話之後，把電話按了hold和那個經理聊天，聊了20-30分鐘，我問攜程咋樣了，攜程説是前台説的她去請示經理、一會回覆……然後他們在那聊天，我説退了吧，我換個酒店，凌晨1點多了……困得來不起了，也沒法退。後來實在協調不下來，我妥協了，補了差價，住了進去，攜程補了一半給我。上去那個樓層一看，大多數房間都是空起的……對的就不説了，套路很長的酒店！！！ 慎重

酒店很乾凈，自助早餐也挺豐盛的，因為泳池沒有開，所以酒店提供了去沙灘的免費班車，過馬路就是杜拜河可以沿着杜拜河散步，不足的是空調聲音很大

優點：服務和衞生條件可以達到五星水平，早餐也可以；缺點：房間不大，設施比較舊，洗漱的盆和淋浴，還有馬桶，都很老舊。離地鐵站不算近，走路要7-10分鐘
