Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah recensioner

Had the best time, got upgraded to the Waldorf Astoria suite and it was perfect. Even the lowest room category at this hotel is just beautiful. I keep coming back as it’s perfect to relax in a mad place that is Dubai.

The worst stay I had in my 40 years of travels. As per my booking confirmation, room should be ready by 3 PM but keys were given by 5 PM…. Not only us but also about 7 other parties were delayed… it was a mess…. Hotel had 300+ rooms and front office claimed nothing is available dues to late check out…..BS Left passport in taxi…. The police asked the hotel security for the taxi number… police were given the wrong taxi number…. Had to spend 5 hours at the station due to the hotel security incompetence. Thanks to Dubai police for an excellent job of tracking the taxi and returning the lost handbag. Took housekeeping took 30 minutes to deliver a towel. The best part that the hotel offered us to cancel two minibar items at AED 60…..I almost insulted the staff for this stupid offer 🤣🤣🤣 Someone need to be fired

Social very good service but to expensive. Lao, very good service, but not authentic Thai cuisine and poor value for money. Good choice and efficient service at breakfast.

Our first time staying at The Pearl Club at Waldorf The Palm and I have to say the service was amazing. It is a very kid friendly hotel and the staff are lovely towards kids. My husband and I travelled with our toddler who turned 3 on this holiday and the staff in the Pearl Club went above and beyond our expectations. They created a memorable moment for us and our little one. Our daughter also had a nuy allergy and they catered very well for this. A special thankyou to the staff who worked in the lounge. Furthermore, we enjoyed drinks in the Peacock Lounge near reception and the staff here were also very good. A special thankyou to Harpreet who looked after us during the stay and added a special touch at the end for our last night 🥰 We would highly recommend this hotel and Pearl Club.

Wonderful experience, the room had a great view. The sunrise was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were able to get the shuttle to send me to the metro on the rain day when I couldn’t get a cab.

Everything was perfect and we have planned the next trip to this beautiful place again

Lovely space it. Absolutely gorgeous inside! It seems a bit outdated from the entrance compared to other hotels on the palm but it is truly outstanding! The pool area is beautiful, the walk up is picturesque and looks like something out of a luxury holiday ad! The bathroom is gorgeous with glass finishes and intricate details that give it a luxury feel. The bathroom has its own tv! What more could you want! The only thing I would say is the shower head was not working upon arrival which was disappointing and the hallway to the room feels someone different to the luxury feel of the whole hotel (we stayed in 450 area)- which was away from the main building …but overall the room was gorgeous! No complaints!
