JA The Resort – JA Beach Hotel, Dubai recensioner

My husband and I just love this resort. The golf course is beautiful and so well manicured played it many times. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to and treatments great. Just a lovely relaxing place with first class service.

Every thing good hotel clean and facilities very good , the food open buffet it’s not good not deserve to try again the buffet

Very good. The room was a little bit small for our family. But the rest was great

I had bad experience at first for the old rooms given to me. But luckily I got newer rooms with good view.

One of the best Hotel resorts in The Middle east, it's unique and super divert

Stayed at JA beach Hotel for our wedding anniversary Aug 23rd. We enjoyed the stay alot.. It was a great experience and location is awesome.From the entrance of the hotel onwards we received a nice hospitality by Nilantha and Jianna from reception makes our checkin very fast.Once reached room got a surprise anniversary cake and nice decorated bed. Room was very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed pool bar and Basil was good in service.. Ghulam and mark antony was also very helpful with us. All the staff are very friendly. Night we orderd in room dining food and it was very tasty. My daughter liked the pool and enjoyed alot there.. Special mention to all engineering team and housekeeping team to keep the place beautiful as always.. Few areas noticed to improve is bathroom amenities bottles are very difficult to use. It is very hard and couldn't get the shower gel/shampoo etc properly. Also breakfast buffet there was no indian options only one item Rajma curry was disgusting.. I checked with chefs is there any other options but they told only this item available and they are not even botherd to offer with any suggestions which makes us feel bad.. Totaly it was an excellent stay and enjoyed the wonderful ambience with my family on our wedding anniversary.

Good experience. But location far from the city

A little bit disappointing. Ha ve visited the hotel sever times for a quiet night away. Unfortunately at the moment there are 3 different areas in the hotel grounds which are undergoing some construction work, which is not great when you are hearing construction traffic while sitting on your balcony and at 8am when they are pouring concrete. Finally the music being played at the lower pool might not be to everybody's taste. Staff are friend and helpful, everything is nice and clean but not a place for a quiet couple of nights.

The palm is not finished. Beach is great has 3 pools many places to eat , golf course is great and service is fantastic.

The Hotel was good if you’re on a budget, but it’s not the best Dubai has to offer. The Pools were great ( 5 pools in total) We spent most of the time there as the beach could use some renovation. The room was good and very clean. Overall good hotel but there are other and better options in Dubai.
