I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated NANG  from housekeeping & Front desk boy sorry i didn’t remember the name .The staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for creating such a delightful atmosphere. I will definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the future. The hotel is well maintained and few open areas little dusty obviusly its due to ships age. The breakfast served was simply superb and they have many options to chose. Thank you for the bice stay.

Staff were very cooperative and accommodating customers requests. it took few minutes to check in. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The Gym had all machines and a small swimming pool. There were several fancy restaurants , we tried the out door one and was nice. Shortcoming: Restaurants and entertainment close early I think it was 10 PM for last order. No places or entertainment for the kids even the swimming pool in small and inside the Gym. Location : The area is currently under road/bridge construction so walking is difficult but Taxis are available on request. Overall It was a nice experience to see and read about the ship. Value for money was excellent

Lovely space with lots of history flashbacks. Very nice and clean with nice view. Try to choose the seaside for your stay.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Shrook. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warmth, proactively inquiring about my room preferences and ensuring that all my needs were met. Her dedication and attention to detail significantly enhanced my stay, making it both comfortable and memorable.

Great hotel but there wasn't any fridge, even a small one! Some people rely on fridge to store medication, we had two babies and couldn't store their milk.

To be honest pleasantly surprised with this stay and would book again - was very comfortable and very relaxing - I had a good nights sleep. Only thing I didn’t like was receptionist said they were fully booked when room where available to buy online. Rather they didn’t lie. Other than that, interesting history behind the boat and felt like a small experience on a cruise. Recommended

Clean, quit and spacious rooms. Not the best location. But I enjoyed the stay and I can recommend it.

Great for those cruise lovers, lots of history on the ship. Location not ideal as it’s far from places or because construction going on around there are some roads blocked that taxis have to take a longer route

As someone who saw the QE2 growing up in England it was such an amazing experience being on such an old and iconic ship, the vessel is in excellent condition with many interesting details retained from the vessel.  The room (Captains room with balcony) was superb, quiet, clean, modern and super comfortable bed. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai to stay on QE2 for its excellent service, facilities and comfort

The experience here was really great. Very peaceful and comfy. You explore various parts of the ship. Which is really good. I would really recommend this to everyone. Great place to stay.. You can use the nearby metro station and bus stand Al Ghubaiba.
