Checked in by attentive receptionist Kevi, the hotel is old but not in a bad way. Mainly because it was cladded purposefully with natural stones: Marble, Granite, and Quartzite. You will see Hard Granite skillfully curved on top of a Battub.

I think it’s the worst hotel which I have stayed. This hotel don’t have respect for customer. These rooke are so mean that even at 10pm in the night also they can’t give you the room. They will compel you to take twin bed room and if you will not take them they will ask you to take your money back or talk to your agent. I have booked king bed room and still they told me that they only have twin bed room either I can take it or leave hotel. When I shouted on them and told them I will complain about this to police then only they gave me king bed room. They have room of every category but they want to sell their twin bed category first. They almost wasted my one and half hour and give me rooms that were not even cleaned. I think it’s a shame for TRIP.COM that have this kind of hotel on their portal. I request all people please don’t stay in this hotel.

The staff of the Crowne Hotel are very friendly polite and courteous.
The manager at Spice Island restaurant, Ivie, is vey nice.
My comment - the rooms need renovation, specially the toilet/shower room. Bed skirt needs to be washed. Carpet need to be shampooed.
There are lots os small ants.

Very bad service from checking in to the check out.
Reception staff are very poor.
Whole lobby without the a/c
Room a/c didn’t this is not a 5 star hotel .
I will give 2.5 star

This hotel is Okay and not bad but the services by the frontdesk and breakfast team are totally like 2 stars hotel. The bellboy and the team are ok. Only the frontdesk team are totally not up to 5 stars hotel standard. I stayed for 4 nights with breakfast but only went for it once as it was nightmare for me. There were So many people till theres no plates & glasses for you to take food & drinks. They dont do crowd control till it became hectic and they got pressured till services provided are in angry mode.
