One of the best hotels i have stayed at and boy i stayed almost 50 plus hotels in uae till now … Very kind staff and fast services I am surely booking and visiting there again when ever i have a trip to dip again

What a day in Dubai… Love this hotel so much… The service is excellent and staffs are amazing too… Check-in process is very fast and easy too… Great place to stay… Highly recommended!!

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the poor behavior of one of the receptionists, Bassem. I found him to be unprofessional and unhelpful during my stay, and he inaccurately reported to the booking platform that I had no concerns, which was not true. His attitude negatively affected my overall impression of the hotel, and it’s concerning that other reviews also mention rude reception staff without any apparent action from management. In addition to the service issues, several things in the room were problematic. The safe didn’t work, the fridge had to be replaced, and the air conditioning was very slow to cool the room. Furthermore, the hotel’s location is quite isolated, making it inconvenient. Overall, my stay fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I hope management, if attentive, will provide training for Bassem on professional and honest customer service, as he doesn’t seem suited for the duty manager role. Ayoub or Chance would be much better suited, as they are exceptionally professional.

The place was great,and olso the reception was always smile and friendly,they are assiting me for my inquired, and they are so friendly.over all this place is recomended!!

Over all stay is good except from the receptionist yesterday that is present at 1pm July 12.2024. Hoping you can put more friendly and nice personnel especially in communicating to the customers. Also please update in the system that there is additional 25 aed to be paid if guest will come earlier than 2pm for check in yo avoid miscommunication. So sad on this part because I've been regular guest but only yesterday I've known this Policy.

Great place, friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good.

It's a good hotel for short accommodation. 2-3 days maximum. They have a poor breakfast and a small gym. But their pub is brilliant: a lot of diff drinks. Fresh beer and delicious snacks! The best is their location: 200m from metro and 1km from round road: just 30 mins to airport by taxi.

Price is too high for the servisces provided

Good and clean hotel

The hotel reception staff didn't allow us to check in after providing them required documents. They delayed our check in. Very bad experience.
