Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

What an amazing pool day we had. We bought day passes and had fun and bubbles all day. The food was amazing, the service (particularly by Julius and the waiter with green eyes - sorry i couldnt catch your name) was fabulous. We were looked after so well. It was my farewell party and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. The music wasn't too loud, the dancer was fantastic and all in all it was a great day. I highly recommend this location!

I went to the kempinski Hotel the palm with my friends for a beach day in villamore, we enjoyed our time there ,the atmosphere was amazing, trendy music ,nice entertainment, very clean beach The service was excellent and the food was so delicious Highly recommend

Above expectations! Outstanding service (the best ever experienced), spotless clean and beautiful setting. Spacious appartments, nice restaurants and stunning pool and beach area. Tip: ask for a room with Pam view, as the hotel park is wonderful!

Every time we fly to Dubai, we always stay here. It is the most comfortable hotel for families with small children. For breakfast, they can prepare anything for the kids according to your wishes. The entrance to the sea is very comfortable, shallow, and there are never any waves, which is very convenient for children. The cleaning in the rooms is excellent; Bikram and Naresh manage to tidy up quickly while we have breakfast and always delight my daughter with funny towel figures. The concierge, Milena, is always very helpful and sweet, and Kany at the reception always resolves all our questions and requests instantly. In general, the entire staff is very attentive and accommodating.

Very beautiful hotel design and hotel area. The food was very delicious and the waiter’s were super kind and friendly. If u needed help they immediately helped you. The room and the hotel in general was always clean. Fantastic Beach and Pool area aswell.

Great hotel, but the best was the quality of service from house keeping! Ikram & Mojibor did a great job keeping our suite tidy for us!) i wanted to wash my clothes but had no detergent, they noticed and placed some for me They washed dishes for us and never had an issue to come back later if we where in the room
