Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet City, an IHG Hotel recensioner

The hotel is vefy clean... the rooms are big and with good views. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great and delicious. There is free parking downstairs.

Located in an office area. Friendly staff. Room size is enough for 2 pax and luggages. Good value for money especially with breakfast included. Definitely recommended.

I had some issues with the hotel. The shower was not working properly… too hot. The breakfast was not well managed. Apparently the manager was off on a weekend!!

The IHG Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet city hotel was a great place to stay this Summer.Had a wonderful time with my family .Sweet spot to be at the midtown with access to all the local transport networks.The Hotel service was exceptional right from the day of Check in.The food served for breakfast was amazing and dinner was just cool.Clean rooms and tidy washrooms and all well maintained.This is all what a traveller need most.Thanks again

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Dubai Internet City and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of options available. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation.

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks. We would like to thank Sumana and Shalika at reception for their hospitality. They quickly resolved the issue of relocating us to a quieter room, helped us figure out the best beaches / cafes near the hotel, and helped with other emerging situations. Also want to note the cleaning of the rooms, Zain helped us - he agreed to come at a time convenient for our family, was polite, the room was always clean.

The hotel took 30 dirhams on arrival and never gave me receipt for that money. When I asked for my receipt they said it will be given at the time of check out. When I asked again they said it will be sent by trip so all in all they never gave me receipt for 30 AED they took from my at the time of arrival as a deposit. There was same dinner served every evening in buffet no change at all. This hotel is not cheap but they compromise in basic things like not keeping toiletries toothbrush and paste keep same dinner and breakfast. The money they take and the service they give does not match. Hotel is clean and they do house keeping everyday.
