Very bad experience, rooms are not sound proof, can't sleep properly coz all night music and other people sounds were disturbing. Even receptionist are not sure about booking. Furniture is old. No coffee available like other hotels. Bed also not gud. Very poor service. Don't book don't go. I don't recommend for anyone.

Currently I'm staying at the Eureka Oyo hotel Dubai at this moment just waiting the time of our check out and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude treatment I received from one of the receptionists name was Mr, Salman, Upon my girlfriend's friends' arrival for a massage in my occupied room, they were approached by Mr, Salman who abruptly demanded payment, and mentioning they need to pay 100 Aed,before they go to our accupied room and the reason Mr, Salman saying it's because is not included in our online booking. The manner in which he addressed my girlfriend was disrespectful, because she was receiving this kind of treatment in the front of other guests,causing her to call me and ask to speak with to Mr Salman. It turned out that there was a 100 AED charge for visitors, which I had not been aware of. While I understand the need for this charge,I was disappointed by the lack of proper explanation from receptionist (Mr, Salman.) As a customer, I believe that the first point of contact with hotel staff, especially the receptionist, should be welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the receptionist's behavior was far from this standard. Not only was he unable to provide a clear explanation of the visitor policy, but his approach was also quite aggressive and disrespectful to my girlfriend. Furthermore, despite my initial frustration, I appreciated that the manager, Mr. Ashraf, was able to address my concerns, even though he was scheduled to be off duty. He took the time to explain the rationale behind the 100 AED charge and demonstrated a more professional and customer-oriented approach. The manager's willingness to assist in resolving the issue was commendable and provided some redemption for the otherwise disappointing encounter with his staff, In summary, while the hotel's policies and management support seemed reasonable, the receptionist's behavior and lack of communication skills significantly impacted the overall guest experience. I hope that Eureka top management can provide more training and support for their ground staff or customer service bstaff to ensure that all guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. If the management of Eureka hotel values customer feedback, I recommend addressing the issue of customer service training and ensuring that the level of professionalism and communication at the reception meets the expected standards. Thank you for considering my feedback.

The furniture is very old. The room is very small. The location is not bad, around hotel has many supermarkets and restaurants. The parking is very small and not free, about 20AED per day. I didn't like this hotel. Also, I recommend not living in this area.

Dirty Beds (Maybe it’s just me but the white sheets and pillow cases had stains😏) Dirty Shower (Which was also broken so it was like water everywhere ) Sleepless nights (There are 2-3 loud clubs within the hotel it self) The only plus was the amazing concierge called Abdul who was really he helpful and surprisingly nice.

Good budget and majority Of people can afford that,location was ok for me and that was close to metro station but condition weren't favorable, room was small and not clean and AC not cooling enough,so i couldn't sleep well. I dont recommend!

Check in time at 2pm; I arrived by 3pm and still was asked to wait around 20 minutes Small room; AC not cooling enough; The mini ref not working ; The main mirror worn out; The TV no clarity signal in all channels Headboard light not working Sheet and pillows needs changing; The beds creak; The toilet sink is in front of the toilet bowl; Leaking ceiling in front of bathroom area in the morning; The corridor smells like tobacco;

De 2e keer bij dit hotel verbleven, wederom via Agoda 5 nachten voor €151. Dus meer dan het dubbele betaald als in Sep 2021. (maar dat was dan ook tijdens laagseizoen hier) Medewerkster s'ochtends tijdens het inchecken was vriendelijk en gaf mij kamer #514. Had hierdoor wel wat meer overlast van de club beneden, maar was meestal zo moe, dat ik toch wel in slaap viel. Had een Double bed, dit keer met afstandsbediening voor de tv en zowel alle verlichting als de safe werkten naar behoren. Kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en de handdoek werd vervangen, behalve op de ena laatste dag. Ben dus (dit keer) ook goed te spreken over housekeeping. Het zwembad had ik dit keer geen tijd voor. Nadeeltje: moest wel de meeste dagen bij terugkomst terug naar beneden om het kamerpasje weer te laten activeren. Volgens de ene medewerkster kwam dit door het reizen per metro, de ander zei dat het door mijn telefoon kwam.

Personale non molto cordiale. Durante il nostro soggiorno di due notti non ci è mai stata fatta la camera la mattina. Al piano terra (piano reception) all’interno del hotel c’è un bar che tiene musica altissima fino a tarda notte (3/4a.m.) e non si riesce a dormire perché si sente troppo la musica (nonostante avevamo la camera al 5^ piano). Posizione non ottimale per chi vuole visitare la città.

A estrutura em si do quarto é até ok com relação ao espaço. Mas o frigobar não funcionava e o banheiro é péssimo e com aspecto sujo. Reservamos 3 quartos e em todos, durante o banho formava uma poça d'agua do lado de fora, e não tinha tapete nem ventilação. Nos 3 quartos foi entregue apenas uma toalha de banho (sendo que estávamos em 2 pessoas em cada quarto e um triplo). Mesmo pedindo toalha a mais, no dia seguinte a mesma foi removida e não foi reposta. E apesar de todo corredor indicar quarto para não fumantes o cheiro de cigarro estava forte. No primeiro andar teve algum tipo de "festa" todos os dias, com música alta durante a noite até a madrugada. Pra quem viaja sozinho pode ser um bom custo benefício, pois a localização é boa. Está perto de mercado, restaurante e metro. Mas não recomendo para viagens em família. Quando pedir ajuda para chamar um taxi na recepção informaram que o concierge não estava e ficou por isso mesmo, sem prestar ajuda.
