The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

We had a great time Downtown Dubai, hotel is nice and very clean. Breakfast buffet is very nice and fresh and additional a la carte options. Location is perfect, in walking distance of The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and many restaurants.

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities, service, staff and hospitality. Right at the heart of Dubai, Downtown and only mins walking to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. We highly recommend and definitely look forward to coming back :)

The hotel is in a great location and is attractive. HOWEVER, the noise level is ridiculous. They have an on-site bar/restaurant that played and performed loud music past 1am every night I stayed. Additionally, the WiFi sucks and there was no hot water during my 3-night stay. I usually look forward to taking showers - during this stay, I detested it. Not only was the water tepid, but the shower head sprayed water from the top which got in your eyes/face (not what you want with Dubai water) and the pressure was not to my liking but could not be adjusted.

My stay at Hotel Boulevard in Dubai was overall very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were well-maintained. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The only downside was a pungent smell in the hallway of our floor, which was a bit unpleasant. Fortunately, it did not affect the room itself, and everything else about the stay was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to others but suggest the management address the issue of the hallway odor to enhance the guest experience.

Lovely location which is near to Dubai mall of about 10 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is the water temperature. It is super hot or super cold. Very hard to get the right temperature and the shower room only has rain shower option. Otherwise it will be a perfect 10 experience.

I would also like to thank Sajjad, who works at the restaurant, for all his support. He took great care of us and helped us in everything. And he did it all with a smile. The hotel is very clean and everyone is friendly. If I come again, I will stay here.

Amazing stay

The only thing about the hotel is its location and the stuff at the reception. Beside that i would not recommended it. The wifi signal was terrible and carpet was very dirty. In the shower the water can not be controlled either too hot or too cold. In general i would not repeat the experiment again.

Not very good
