Conveniently located next to the Metro station, gorgeous elevators...spotless cleaning, smooth check-in by Mr. Ehab

not more restaurants , no facitilies , room decoration is out fashion 

Super-duper location with metro that is 1 minute away from hotel. Super service and staff, so kind and client centric. Many features, included nice breakfast with a lot of various and tasty food. Had 2 swimming pools for both parts of a day. Also the gym to keep your body up. Good looking view from room windows and hotel itself also looking good.

Great hotel - have stayed here multiple times. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean. Close to the dxb airport. Free valet parking and great options in breakfast

Right off a busy road. Which means rooms facing the road are load, and the design of the building echos the sound into your room. Room furnishings actually felt a bit cheap. Breakfast was good.

The room is okay and the service was good! Got a free upgrade to the rolm with a ciew and got free breakfast tho my room dun come with it. The Manager was very good to accomodate to my request! Thankful for him.

Breakfast was okay they can improve more. Restaurant staff was not really that friendly and not well trained.

Just 2 minutes walk to World Trade centre Metro. The room was nite and tidy. The ambassor was helpful.

Overall it was fine to stay at the hotel for a short business trip, but the service could have been better : we experienced delayed laundry , slow response level from the hotel team, late cleaning of the room, that was at 17:00 hrs - it’s just unacceptable late, without any notice given to us on it in advance. Breakfast was average. Lady at the reception was professional, she helped me with printing work papers and always sincere make efforts to help. We had an anniversary celebration on 7 February, that I have mentioned to the hotel during check in , but hotel didn’t do anything , not even a cake that was actually communicated to me by the front office. Location is fantastic, super convenient to get everywhere. Room was clean, but I really recommend to check bath towels and replace old ones , they look really tired and not white, for a hotel that has a five star ranking it’s important to pay attention on amenities and towels . We expected a bit more , a bit disappointing to see those gaps in service.

We love the spacious space with Fairmont 2-bedroom suite.. My children enjoyed their hide-and-seek almost everyday within our 3 nights stay.. The metro station is just right in front of the hotel that made it so convenient to use. Very nice and comfy for family. Thank you Fairmont!

Good hotel with good service , breakfast was good and spacious rooms , staff also friendly and helpful . Hotel In good location and easily accessible by public transport and taxi .
