room was clean and reception boys are so kindly, this is India hotel, they provide India breakfast only

Good place

Staffs are not welcoming. Rooms looks very old. Car parking is also a difficult part

The hotel is a bit old, and the lobby was in chaos and neither cosy nor professional. Cost was okay and location is great near Deira city center.

It's the most very bad experience we have ever experienced. Bad smell, bad maintenance and the service is very poor. The rooms, carpet and bed are very bad.

The Hotel was good and well maintained. Rooms were neat and clean with all the essentials. close to shopping and transport, walkable distance to Deira city centre mall.

it is very basic may be 2star hotel. staff was good &polite but rooms are way too old, dirty & smelly. I think i overestimated hotel by reviews & pictures. location is absolutely good & that was the reason i chose in rush. they bring tours from ethnic country -village tourist and in the morning everyone open their doors and start calling each other.. omg it was so noisy and feeling like living in a 5th world country. may be good for others but not for me. i thank to the staff but owner should consider changing carpets and refurbish bathrooms. it is not hygienic.

There was no hot water, sending many engineers but telling they will come back but didn’t . They should have told from the beginning about the water problem

Good place to stay especially for home like night life, near to best mall in diera , need more attention regarding room maintenance and cleaning but it is acceptable so far.

Not terrible but pictures are slightly deceptive , a lot more run down than led to believe . Pool area but great , nightclubs running till 2am on ground floor and whole corridor / room smelt like smoke
