Great hotel with good service but it is too far from center and train station

Very nice place to stay and relax, thanks to the reception Mr (I forgot the name, he is one nice Indian man) he upgraded our room to the royal club It was very lovely, breakfast was good. I love the toast salmon and dimsum The only part I don't really like is that the hotel is far from the city,it's more closer to airport So if your done with the city tour it's very recommended hotel to stay But they provide Suttle to many place, only that the timing doesn't meat our schedule Overall,it's great place to stay and relax

Good airport hotel. There is complimentary airport shuttle but initially I cannot find the location. Good to have this detail in the hotel website.

Excellent hotel near the airport,has excellent breakfast .The service is extraordinary,with big smile.

The staff were all friendly, and I had a pleasant time no matter where I was in the hotel. The stylish and spacious lobby was so inviting that I always wanted to linger and relax there, enjoying drinks almost every night. Since I had a late-night flight, I appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the airport. Getting to downtown was also easy by taxi.

We always go back to this resort. Excellent location, minutes away from the airport, stuffed with variety of restaurants and loved their services. Men's sauna always broke (trying to find something negative)

Lovely hotel!! A variety of pools available. Different restaurants with good menus. Hotel staff and services are just brilliant. The hotel surprised us with dessert for our anniversary. Only downside was the ATM at the hotel failed to give the cash when I tried to withdraw some money with my international card, although the amount was deducted from my account and the hotel staff were not exactly helpful with that. They said “We have nothing to do with the bank” and basically did nothing to resolve the issue. Other than that, great hotel. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

I stayed here because it was near the airport, although note you really need a taxi despite the fact it looks like a quick walk on the map. They charge 50 AED for pickup which is similar to the cheapest Uber, so worth it. There is a free shuttle back to the airport, every hour or two. It is effectively a small resort with plenty of bars, restaurants pools and garden areas. The room was large and OK if not special. The bathroom amenities were disappointing: no bath salts or foams, a stupidly-designed plug that comes out every time you move and no body cream. It’s not really 5* standard. Also there were no scales. I wanted to weigh my luggage. They only give you one room card so you can’t leave devices charging. These days, that is not acceptable, especially for an airport hotel. Some aspects of the breakfast were really good, others less so, but overall it did not disappoint. The guy at checkout asking you to leave a 9 or 10 review is not a good look for an international hotel chain. Finally, it was not good to be told, tired from a long flight, you have to go and email them the voucher from the online travel agent. It is clearly not necessary because it is the first time I have ever been asked for this, anywhere. As always in the Middle East though, the migrant hospitality staff are excellent. In conclusion, they need to up their game is several areas to be a proper 5* hotel.

Rooms were okay. Had a resort feel. Just a little confusing to navigate to room.

Lovely hidden hotel, direct to the airport and the club room with green garden on the ground floor. We have booked as a resident to get staycation feelings. It makes us happy. The team is welcoming us like coming home. Thanks a lot. We love our spirit.
