They offered me a Upgrade to a suite on floor 22 with a fantastic view over the City. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall you can walk by feet. Everything you need is in the next surrouindings, to Jumeirah Beach 4km. I enjoyed my stay and 4 days buisiness Trip in this hotel, even when its next to the day and night buissy highways and for my opinion old fashined Ambiente

The location was so good nearest to Burj Khalifa and all the tourist attractions places. Also near the metro station. Satisfied with the Services and amenities provided during the stay.

It is a good place. However, they have shut down their kitchen which has put an end to the entire vibe of this place. This place used to give the feeling of an apartment more than a hotel, which wouldn’t be the case anymore, and which is why we probably wouldn’t go back there anymore.

Not really a good place to stay. Dirty. Do not book half board. Dinner is just awful. Next door is Harrdies, go get your nice burgers or pizza at PizzaHut.  Breakfast is good, enough choice and the coffee is ok too. Although you cannot get cocoa / hot chocolate there. Overall 6 out of 10.

The hotel is quite old And current under renovations So it’s quite noisy and disturbing. Not so recommend Only thing good is near to the metro and cheap price

The worst experience ever had the rooms was very bad on this very indeed renovation hotel. Don’t go there unless you want to ruin your holiday.

30 floors building only has four small lifts! Long waiting time. Have to ask for clothes hangers, shampoo, kettle, after entering the room.

I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Poor customer care service and they did not give me the room that I booked. The rooms are also super dirty.

Hello, thank you for the hospitality of the Emirates Grand Hotel, but there was an issue that the hotel was being renovated and it was not suitable for using the elevator and the noise, otherwise everything was fine.

The location is perfect , everything near to you , but the serviece + cleaning , furniture very bad , also they cost you like you will stay at 4 or 5 star hotel when in reality the hotel is 1 or 2 star maximum .. I can't stand beenig there more than one day , after that I checked out and went to other Hotel , even if the hotel I went was a bit far from everything but the Cleaning and furnture and the serviece very important to me , I rather to take taxi everytime i go out than staying in bad hotel just for the location .. this is my honset review about Emrqties Grand hotel , never again ..
